There’s an apostrophe/single quote but the key you refer to as an apostrophe above the tab key is actually called a Backtick ` looks very similar to apostrophe/single quote ‘ but just wanted to inform as I was confused and thought there was a conflict when you mentioned cmd and apostrophe can switch bw open documents when I thought cmd and apostrophe toggled a grid.
To clarify:
cmd + ‘ toggles grid;
cmd + ` switches documents;

You forgot the most important shortcut: ALT + F4 when you feel tired and nothing really sticks to the artboard. :)

This is so helpful. I've watched shortcut tutorials before, but this one taught me so many new ones. If only I could make the tilde (sp?) work! But the ability to change how far the selection moves using arrows is SO EPIC! Thank you and GOD BLESS! :D
