Hey mate great vid. You’ll notice the bottom rack in the Webber has pockets for the fire lighters to sit in. Chuck 2 on each side and put baskets of coal over the centre, full vents and no lid. 👍

@MrMcGoy they’re from the perch family and are really good eating. They have quite large fillets of firm white flakey flesh and some have the most beautiful colors on their fins which remind me of butterfly wings 😃 🦋 they make grunting noises too…🍺🍺🇦🇺
yeah those blue throats can be a bit mushy, was absolutely perfect in the cob though, kinda dissolved into the sauce :) thanks heaps for watching again guys !!
