Hi, just watched and had to comment. I think you should REALLY consider pouring a concrete ramp on one section between the posts where that step is for the fork lift and not use that small ramp. I had an uncle that operated a forklift for years, and one day he misjudged how close he was to the edge of the ramp, it tipped and landed on him. He didn't survive it. If you think there is the slightest chance it could be an issue, just do it, because if an accident happens you'll wish you did and safety is always worth the money spent. I know you watch every penny, but you should be able to deduct that as an expense on your taxes. :)
An inexpensive way to fix the step issue is to block it off with handrails between the posts and only use the ramped area to walk through. You could use the metal things they use to attach posts to concrete for decks, a couple 4x4 posts, and run wire with toggles to tighten it. (Like some people do with handrails on decks) If you think that is something you would want to do, send me a message and I'll have my husband get you a material list together and he can tell you how to do it if you need help.

A reselling studio would be great to rent space out for people to do photographs and whatnot lives, they could bring their inventory in photograph it or do shows and then leave and the next group comes in.

Consider putting up some sort of room divider or creating a barrier with work stations/storage along the 2 level floor & making the graded section just a bit bigger to suit your needs. I think putting in a lounge/basket ball court/ping pong/etc-employee fun room on the spare half of the space would be a great way to make use of it ! Toss in a few bunks for overnighters!

Put an inventory rack in front of that big door, to limit access in to your inventory if you are going to build the largest store in there.
Opening the space to the public, even inner circle, will open its private location eventually. Inside security camera everywhere while empty. 😬

Was curious what your thoughts were on whatnot getting some sort of software so that shoes could have captions of what the host is saying. I feel that it would increase their potential audience. Especially late at night if people don’t want volume on.
