  • Towards the end of last October Angie and I drove through the Bears Ears National Monument. After managing some detours on gravel roads to avoid road construction on UT 95 we got on 95 and headed westbound looking for cool stuff to see. I didn't have a lot of resources to plan a big agenda but I spent a lot of time googling interesting places that wouldn't be too far from our path. The locations I ended up finding were Butler Wash Ruins, Mule Canyon Ruin, and House on Fire. It made for a fun day of sight seeing despite the weather being cold and windy. If you do better research than us you might be able to find more ruins around the area of House on Fire, we didn't find them before turning back around towards the trailhead.
After hiking we went to search for a campsite and found one right outside of Natural Bridges National Monument and right below the one of the Bears Ears (I think the East, but I can't remember anymore lol). This spot was convenient for us as we would be spending the next day inside of Natural Bridges National Monument which will be shown on our next video.

I pronounced Monticello wrong, I wasn't aware that the C made and S sound until after recording this video.

Enjoyed your video. We visited House on Fire ruins several weeks ago and loved it.

We would love to travel to Italy one day! It's not in are plans anytime soon though, we actually just settled in Las Vegas for a bit so we can work and save up some money.
That trip sounds like a blast though, have fun!

Good video. I always like it when a notification pops up on my phone that a video is uploaded.
