Cool to have reaction of this so good band. Savatage was one of the best bands from the 90. This one is taken from the album Gutter ballet, probably their best album with streets. And I see you did a lot of reaction of Lovebites too. Good job and choices.
This song was on their album "Gutter Ballet" that came out in 1989. The name of the band is pronounced "Sav-uh-taj". They are from Tampa, FL and was formed by brothers Jon Oliva - lead vocals and keys; and Criss Oliva - guitars. Unfortunately Criss was killed by a drunk driver in 1993. Jon was also an integral part of forming Trans Siberian Orchestra who still do major tours to this day; around the Christmas holiday. Savatage got a new vocalist in the early 1990s; Zak Stevens because Jon blew his voice out.
Charlie, the band title is pronounced Sav - a - taj. This is definitely a good Savatage song. The one I recommend from this band is Hall of the Mountain King (ruclips.net/video/QdGD3Ukb3Q0/видео.html)
Some of the members of Savatage created a side band that is still playing today, and grew to be more popular than Savatage ever was. That band it The Trans Siberian Orchestra.
Th am you for your comment and support means a lot :). Also check out this video where I pronounce the bands name right ruclips.net/video/ODGpz5p8jTs/видео.htmlsi=hcOY98IYCfhLREtc It’s more recent after I learned from my mistakes and realized how to pronounce it right! Criss Oliva is insane. One of the most overlooked guitarists ever. He delivers on every album until his tragic death.

Criss Oliva was definitely one of the best metal guitarists! This song was off the Gutter Ballet record in 1989

They had to change their name from "Avatar" so they kept the "Ava" and made up the rest.
