MV is nicer than the crappy LED retrofit. LEDs fail too quick and can’t generally be used in enclosed fixtures

Ikr and 20 out of 50 led in my street failed and 5 is glowing blue. Hps and metal halide and MV start up is just 🎉Amazing🎉. And they are much better

@@elias689 Those retrofits can’t even shine as well as those classic mercury vapor lamps. Those retrofit LEDs are pretty much omnidirectional which causes light loss. Even though mercury vapor is omnidirectional, they provide far more lumens than those LED retrofits. The mean lumens on the LEDs are a fraction of the mercury vapor. I seen one up against a metal halide. The metal halide glowed way brighter than the LED. I want those good old mercury vapor lights back. They are far more reliable. I see one barely cycling on my street. It started doing that since 2021. After nearly three years, it hasn’t even gone out. It just won’t burn out. They are well made and last for a really long time. Those construction people even replace these well made mercury vapor fixtures with an off brand LED light. Mercury vapor is my favorite type of light source. They are even more interesting. Even the color rendering is quite good.

@@loudspeakertestsmorebyaida3804 And also they changed a 250w hps and 80w mv. The HPS 250w was 4x brighter then the led. And the mv was way more pleasant than that stupid led that blinds people

@@loudspeakertestsmorebyaida3804 Me too i have outside my porch a cycling Mercury vapour lamp. Its a philips 50w and started cycling 2016. Still cycling to this day. But it is as bright as a 25w incandesent. and i love to see it cycle. I will maybe replace the bulb to a newer Mercury vapour bulb 50w. Sounds good!

    0:17 - where can I get this "lantern-screwdriver"?

you can buy them online. Toolstation is a site where you can buy them. Or any store specialised in Tools. You can't buy them in a regular store. I think internet is the best option
