It was such a solid win for me. I don't really even really want to get more foundation and just kinda stick with this cause it's such a good finish with powder. Also ND is working on a face powder formula and wondered how that will pair with the concealer. I really hope she continues to expand in more face products and scale back a bit on eyeshadow.
I have shades n2 and n5. N5 is my perfect match and n2 is a perfect subtle highlight. I am complete with this concealer. Glad you love it as much as I do!
I’m also on isotretinoin for the second time around. This tjme I was very dehydrated and dry. Where the last time I could still wear double wear. (My skin was super oily hence the cystic acne) Right now I’m just dehydrated and this concealer is perfect. It’s not wet or shiny and it blurs and perfects. I was dry in winter so I’m hoping this will carry over to winter.
Love this too! Love love it. And I have skin much more mature than yours. I also love the glow foundation from Natasha - but the old formulation which applied like a gel. That one was then reformulated I assume to be better emulsified. It previously separated quite a bi (but I found you could just mix between fingers and it was transparent, glowy and gorgeous). The new one is much higher coverage without that lovely gel texture which was so lovely in plumping the skin. It’s more mask like. But this concealer is very forgiving. Colour range too for neutrals is great. Yay finally a concealer which isn’t yellow peach or pink. As you say it has a touch of grey,
I've been loving the Door skin correct concealer so much that I gifted away all the others. But I am open to trying this ND one because of this review (and you raving about it for months). I'll check it out in the next sale
I do this with my Revolution IRL concealer. It’s great as a foundation or concealer. Then I use a little powder foundation. I have gone right off my liquid foundation.
I currently have only the Too Faced concealer but since it didn’t blew my mind I’ll try the Natasha Denona as soon as it is done. The results were impressive.
Hi Kat, would you consider doing a video with base product recommendations for oily skin? I'm really struggling to find a sheer foundation / skin tint for my very oily skin. And I really trust your opinion 🙌🏻
They sadly don’t really exist from what I have tried. The best option is to sheer down what you already have and like (I like to mix mine with an SPF, but you can also try mixing with moisturizers or primers). Alternatively using a good concealer like I did here works well ☺️
I love the Chanel ULTRA LE TEINT VELVET for this! It’s definitely more of a light tint, with a soft matte finish. Very rare combination of finish and coverage. I have oily to combo skin, more so oily in warmer months. They really should market it as a tint in my opinion. Give it a try. It’s pricey but worth it if you can match your shade
Do you think it is natural enough to use as a “quick get out the door spot concealer” as well. This is how I use the Armani concealer, with a really good color match, I can dot on problem areas and then blend a bit. Makes me look much more alive/human at drop off 😊
For most people, definitely... for me, not so much haha. That's only because I have a lot of redness in my face, so if I just spot on some concealer on blemishes or under my eyes, it looks like I have a patchy coloured face, so I have to almost go all or nothing. But if you have a fairly even skin tone then you can definitely do that!
@@KitschSnitch yeah, my overall skin tone is pretty consistent, so I think this would be ideal. I love their thorough selection of neutral colors too. I just ordered! Thanks for the recommendation!
not sure what happened to my comment. Sometimes they just vanish into thin air. Anyways .. great review. The concealer is glorious. I use it the same way you do. It really goes a long way, and who doesn't love their go to base product in a lil tube ?? pro ! The shade range is amazing. I have never found a closer match and I bought it online !! Thanks again for the rec.. freakin game changer. Love youse x
I just recently bought the Elf Hydro Camo Concealer in the lightest shade that was available...... and its too dark for me. At least, too dark to be a concealer for me as I like a brightening effect. I am going to try my best to use it up as a foundation, and as soon as it is panned will be racing out to buy this one!
@mariumriaz5 I don't find it drying, but I have combination skin. If the hydrating camo is drying on you, I think the ND will be too because it's more mattifying, even though it's thinner
I feel like I’m the only person who didn’t like the Natasha Denona concealer! I was really excited due to all the hype, but it creased quite a bit and the finish was rather dry and matte and made my undereyes look almost sunken in. I tried different ways to make it work, but after a few days I finally returned it and repurchased the Shiseido Synchroskin.
Thats interesting because I liked the Shiseido Synchroskin, but I thought it was just a smidge better than Maybelline Fit Me haha. Everyones skin is so different!
Being old enough to be your mum, I'm wondering if it has a 'tightening' effect? The new lancome concealer does but just can't get the right undertone and shade for me but with the Natasha Denona looks as if I'm spoilt for choice. Great demo thank you 👍
I want to try this concealer, but I can't get myself to buy it, when I still have a handful laying around, waiting to be used up. Hopefully it stands the test of time and will still be available next year!
Also the shade match quiz on the ND website is terrible. The shade it suggested I swatched in store and was the worst match. So in-store swatching is vital, though the photos of the swatches of the shade is a much better guide than the quiz.
You do sort of refer it to maybe having a tightening effect on you?. Your makeup is looking gorgeous and perfection and I don't give out compliments normally. I personally think though, when your happy with a product you then go onto having a good makeup day, be that a minimal look or a full out glam
This is a smidge too light in summer, but it looks a lot more seamless in person than it does on camera, so I don’t feel the need to rush out and get a darker shade that I realistically won’t be able to use most of the year. I’m also wearing it in the end clip (which was filmed a few days later) and I used more bronzer there which shows that it can easily be deepened ☺️
It is the C01 foundation brush by Ela Cosmetics, but it is a pretty typical fluffy kabuki style foundation brush. Most brands have something similar :)
I would say my undertone is quite neutral (I consider myself a light olive) so I can luckily use both cool and warm products. I personally prefer warm on my cheeks and lips, but slightly cooler nudes on the eyes. Anything to the extreme doesn't suit me too much though, so yellow gold highlighters can clash with my skin and very cool toned makeup (eg silvers, greys and light blues on the eyes and grey-mauve or dark berry lips) tends to make me look a bit unwell. But generally I can make most colours work
@@KitschSnitch thanks! I'm trying to understand mine, because I feel the same way you do: warm on my lips and cheeks; cooler nudes in the eyes, but nothing extreme suits me, same as you. Learning to compare and observe with other people and undertones, I consider myself neutral to cool.
@@KitschSnitch here I go with another one lol: do you know a longlasting liquid version of lady danger? maybe one affordable and that it really lasts on?
Most brands bring out a bright orange toned red in their lip ranges, so this shade is pretty common. Sadly I don’t love many of the drugstore long wear options, so I can’t really recommend one. If there is a range you love, you will likely find that they also stock a bold orange toned red ☺️

This was the video I needed. Defo getting shade matched in store. Didn’t think I could love you more. Thank you ❤ from Singapore
This concealer is my favorite as well! I use Y1 and RN1 mixed to make my perfect shade. I can see myself always having these in my collection.

Exactly how I feel! I want to use up my foundations and just use a good concealer
If it looks great in the heat I can only imagine it’s even better in other seasons, will pick one up when I’ve panned a couple of concealers, tfs 😊❤
I've got this on my Sephora wish list, ready for their next sale

Sorry it doesn’t have a tightening feel/effect, it just makes the skin look very smooth and almost skims over texture and fine lines ☺️

What is on your cheeks? I love the blush!
Mac Lady Danger lipstick ☺️
so helpfull, thanks!
Kat, what shade would you be in a mac foundation? (trying to figure out my ND concealer shade)😅
I honestly haven’t been officially colour matched at MAC, however looking at swatches my best guess would be N18?
I loveee the lipstick can u tell us which one it is please 🙏 💄
Lady Danger by MAC (as per usual 😆)

Every concealer I have used causes my eyes to water. Is this concealer good for sensitive watery eyes?

Interesting product, it looks good in lower lighting, but a bit too mask-y and too light in the other shots. Maybe a summer shade?

I feel like this got such terrible reviews when it initially launched, but then suddenly everyone loved it
I didn’t see any terrible reviews, I bought it shortly after it launched because I saw such great comments from customers on the ND instagram posts
