      Exercises 1,3, 10, 11, 12 eventually 4,7
      No need to start with the same number of repetitions or intensity if too difficult: build up slowly but steadily.

      It is. Just do it slower, no jerking motions and within your natural range of motion. You don't need to hop or do deep stances. Improvise where needed.
      Otherwise just do "ping shuai gong" arm swinging, deep breathing and some form of stretching and muscle building.

    I can do some of them not all
    Hurt when im on my knees after a fall
    And my balance is not to good atm but ofc that can be trained to
    So guess start with one or two and see hhlw they work
