No need to start with the same number of repetitions or intensity if too difficult: build up slowly but steadily.

It is. Just do it slower, no jerking motions and within your natural range of motion. You don't need to hop or do deep stances. Improvise where needed.
Otherwise just do "ping shuai gong" arm swinging, deep breathing and some form of stretching and muscle building.
It's so difficult standing on toes for that long, I could do it for only 15 seconds without loosing balance@@elenamoulin3252
