- The Best Defense Foundation is proud to announce our Battlefield Return to Normandy for the 79th anniversary of D-Day this June! We will once again bring WWII veterans back to the hallowed beaches where Allied troops landed to fight for freedom and rid the world of tyranny. Thank you to our incredible premiere partner Delta Air Lines for supporting this historic flight and program from Atlanta to Deauville, Normandy, and to @michelinman who continues to show our veterans that we will continue their legacy with each passing year. Now, more than ever, it is so important to remember our heroes and fulfill our mission of "𝙩𝙖𝙠𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙘𝙖𝙧𝙚 𝙤𝙛 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙤𝙣𝙚𝙨 𝙬𝙝𝙤 𝙩𝙤𝙤𝙠 𝙘𝙖𝙧𝙚 𝙤𝙛 𝙪𝙨."

I am going this year. Pray I will have the honor of meeting my heros! I respect these men with all my heart. May God let me meet one, it's been a goal my whole life!
I wish I could go with these heroes. Always thought of it as hallowed ground. Was fortunate to do an honor flight from Florida to D.C.prior to covid. It was a privilege to escourt a veteran from that generation. We are free, because of their bravery. 🇺🇸

It's extremely important that the experiences of these men be documented for future generations, while these men will eventually pass away their stories won't.
It’s criminal this content has so few views. Bless the BDF and Donnie for all they do, and most of all the brave that sacrificed everything to let us be able to even voice this.
Guys is there a way to work for you or to somehow interact with veterans? It is my dream since childhood to interact with a WW2 veteran and ask them some questions before they all leave. If you have any zoom lives coming up too, please let us as a community know and thanks for another amazing video, you have an amazing job.
