I truly hope Shayna opens a gym. Not everyone can teach. These videos show her knowledge and ability to convey it in a way that connects. Love the info.
00:51 the on screen corrections are so savage for no reason 😂 It’s so fun seeing how much fun you guys have while filming these. Consistently my favorite content on RUclips
I like the Ground and Pound method. Thanks for showing the take down in realtime. It shows you how technical it is. And how practice it to land it successfully.
I was waiting on this! Always look forward to my training from the Queen of Spades! Thank you Shayna! And I love how Jess went from smiling and pointing to the hoodie to damn you Shayna! 😂
Thank you Shayna for finding time for your fans and teaching us moves and explaining stuff to us and sharing parts of your life with you are a amazing person to find time for your fans.i think yo ih r a truly amazing person to fine time to share all the things you do with us wishing you and your friends a happy 4th of july and thank u again for another awesome video
I remember Wrestling Twitter was saying it was "unnecessary and flashy for no reason" after Franky did it on NXT However I think that as a move even in pro wrestling (alongside other combat sports) when you need to be as smooth with transitions as possible when working in-ring it is a fantastic looking move rather than just sloppily mounting on top of someone which is what some wrestlers do sometimes
@@marvellesaulsberry I'm more of talking in the professional wrestling game. Many times I've seen wrestlers awkwardly mount on top of someone making the whole flow transition inbetween moves messed up. The reason why Pete Dunne is so masterful in ring for example is because he is a master of technical transitions and it looks smooth to the viewer.
There's gonna come a time where a charity stream pops up, and one of the goals will be "Jessamyn's Revenge", and after that look, I am here for it! Maybe it'll be the channels very own HIMYM Slap Bet...
Thank you to you and your friend on sharing this particular move I've not heard of this one before very interesting good to watch have a good day stay safe
Freaking amazing 🤩. So much gold in this video. I’ll be getting that bag in the future. And also putting this vid in my favorites. As well as sharing it!! Thank you so much for doing this!!
Being waiting for lockdown to finish in Ireland to start training but BAEZ your teaching style is the best I've seen as always great work BAEZ and thank you 😊
This was really cool and informative as usual and thanks for the Link btw👊🏾! Also,Your gaffs are understandable since you're in the middle of performing the move! It just makes this video more down the earth to me😁👍🏾❤
Another top vid, @jessamynduke looking fierce after the slap, @qosbaszler not even fazed, I still think you both would have made the best tag time ever.
You know the places that can hurt, like how the doctor knows the places of the veins, and that knee that you hit Alexa Bliss with, stunned my mind, Bliss like a crumbling building .
I love these videos Shayna does. Feel bad for Jess. But also you then realize she's got a house full of 'test dummies', that can fight back if she lets them... :D
I saw and agree with a comment suggesting you could/should open your own MMA/Pro Wrestling school (in the future like 10 or 15 years from now since I am sure you will have some WWE championship runs in your near future). You have very good Charisma/Voice for teaching. I would of liked to try one of the many Pro Wrestling Schools that are available today If I was about 10 or 15 years younger lol! Cool post.
In martial arts, footwork opens up everything. You can't be taken down if you can't be grabbed, and having a good mind and good feet helps you move through guard into better positions.
Fantastic teaching video will run it for my son as he’s disappointed as due to isolating can’t attend his MMA class. Thoroughly enjoy all your videos. I hope Jess is ok after release WWE missed a trick not having the 2 MMA girls with you on main roster as a faction
Great video, Queen! That move looks amazing when you teach it. 🖤 ♠ PS: I know that this Sunday is a holiday in your country, so Happy Independence Day! (I congratulate you right now because you will not upload a video on Sunday haha) This Sunday is also my birthday, so I will also be celebrating. 😜
Caught Duke with her mouth wide open with that chop. LOL. When I saw Frankie/Taya do that, I was hoping you would give an explanation. It looked cool, but at the same time looked easy to counter without control of the hips.
Bully @Baez! JUSTICE FOR JESS! She's just here trying to be great and Shyna is throwing chest chops all willy-nilly! Then Jess gave Shayna that look and I got excited! I was thinking "Is today the day we RISE?" (SPOILER ALERT: It was not) but I'm still here for it.
To be honest, A LOT of the 'Lucha' style in pro wrestling makes it look too much like a 'dance', and ruins my total immersion in the match. Once I recognized Frankie, and refreshed myself with her career, I was worried how 'Lucha' her performance would be. When I saw her do this escape, it didn't feel as 'Lucha' as other moves, and I liked it, as it looked like something someone would legit pull off in a fighting situation. Thanks for breaking it down for us. One thing I always wanted to see, was someone such as yourself, or Rhonda, Chad Gable, or Kurt Angle, in a WWE ring, get set to take a 'Lucha' move, and just drop it, mid move, and lock in a submission. To explain: too many 'Lucha' moves are based on 'posting' for your opponent, which is what breaks my immersion. I used to make jokes in late 90's that WCW cruiserweight matches were just 'dancing' or 'ballet', and was WCW's attempt to add culture to 'Pro Wrasslin'.
Shayna I think from a standpoint of BJJ being on top means make your opponent feel the most unconfortable possible (and in this video there are multiple examples), while being on the bottom is an art itself, you have to set up multiple tricks at the same time (like the Craig-Hill match).
You just showed me something that has to do with the hips when your engaging your target, But then again what I was trained to do was to take someone out not what you do for show entertainment . Thanks for the reminders on some things with this drill .
I just love how Shayna hits Jess every time😂
Chop city for Jessamyn 🤓
Second best reason to watch we need a jessamyn gets chopped compilation vid 🤣
i loves that to would love to see jess smack shayna
I love how yall having fun while teaching. That's where it's at.
Shay: Don't worry. Jess doesn't feel pain.
Jess: Um...
Duke's death stare after the chop had me laughing. She'll get her revenge one day!
Jess just plotting her revenge over there 😂
I truly hope Shayna opens a gym. Not everyone can teach. These videos show her knowledge and ability to convey it in a way that connects. Love the info.
Me before Shayna posted: this is the most boring day ever
Me after Shayna posts: this is the most best day ever 😁
Same 😂
Same
I think it's safe to say "You're lucky enough". Also the "I'm squished" sound from Jess made me laugh way too much.XD

Shayna you should start you're own wrestling school you would be a very good teacher.
She alright has with these great teaching videos 😁 but yes definitely a really school
I like that. I'll be the janitor.
Finding out Franky was being both flashy AND functional? I love it.
I love that over the head cam. Such a smart idea. A lot of BJJ channels lack that utility.
the face jess makes when you chop her 😂 "just watch me put you in a kirifuda clutch, you just watch"😂
I like the Ground and Pound method.

(MY OPINION) - I think you should win the RAW women's Championship.
@Yavanna Ganswindt in my personal opinion I think she should leave raw and go to smack down where alot of other talent is, imagine her vs the Est
I have no clue about wrestling and holds and whatnot but I love y’all. Lol that chop is hilarious

Great content. I always enjoy the videos. People can learn a lot from what you are showing.

If someone is actively trying to prevent being mounted no its unnecessary lol
One may even call it "super necessary" in some situations

The overhead camera makes these videos so much cooler.
Another great video! Jess looking at you like: "Revenge chop coming soon" 😈😂
Yo - everything makes sense when you break it down , THANK YOU for pointing out the logic
Truly the submission magician these are complicated
Only just found this channel!!! Wow!!! Amazing!!! Please keep on doing it.
Thanks
This reminds me of a defensive end using a rip swim or spin move on a tackle to get to the quarterback.

Some times I feel bad for Jess. That feeling doesn't last long though. 😂🤣
Thanks for the video BAEz. A highlight in a long week.
Love you Baez and i appreciate what you do for us who enjoy your knowledge 👊🏾💪🏾❤💯
Freaking amazing 🤩. So much gold in this video. I’ll be getting that bag in the future. And also putting this vid in my favorites. As well as sharing it!! Thank you so much for doing this!!
Queen of Spades, I remember seeing u fight back in the day. It’s cool u have have a really good/informative RUclips channel now 🤙🏼
I love the part when Duke is like "oh no"....knee she was screwed 🤣 5:25
Shayna is female version of Kurt angle 🥇
Both are submission magicians 🔥
Well, you just added a new trick for me to use. Thanks Baez
Being waiting for lockdown to finish in Ireland to start training but BAEZ your teaching style is the best I've seen as always great work BAEZ and thank you 😊
another beautiful and something to learn from video... all hail the Duke and the Queen of Spades ❤️❤️❤️
love watching your videos Shayna, brilliant drills and good clear teaching points. Very good and i look forward to seeing more of them :)
This was really cool and informative as usual and thanks for the Link btw👊🏾! Also,Your gaffs are understandable since you're in the middle of performing the move! It just makes this video more down the earth to me😁👍🏾❤
Absolutely love this channel, I've learned so much about wrestling.
The amount of submissions from just a few changes in movement is mind boggling!
Grappling is never ending!
After watching the video finally understand it. I agree that the Helicopter Pass move does caught opponents off guard.
Another top vid, @jessamynduke looking fierce after the slap, @qosbaszler not even fazed, I still think you both would have made the best tag time ever.
Early the way you started the video was funny 😂❤️
Agree
At 3:27, my wrestling brain thought sharpshooter
It's there for the taking
That look Jessamyn gave Shayna at 0:22 reminds me of when Booker T gave that same look to Michael Cole, Corey Graves and Scott Stanford LOL
You know the places that can hurt, like how the doctor knows the places of the veins, and that knee that you hit Alexa Bliss with, stunned my mind, Bliss like a crumbling building .
that is just great!!! i will try this one saturday!
I'm actually planning to star ju justy and these videos are very helpful. You're the best!
Now that's so cool thank you for the video Shayna #QueenOfSpades
I like how effortless you make it look. I'm surprised I don't see it done more often.
Really insightful. I do wish I could support this more than with a like or a comment... but hopefully this will suffice for now. 👍
Love the look on jessamyn's face after you hit her 🤣🤣 awesome video ad always shayna 👑♠️
I remember seeing Frankie Monet using that wrestling move
You're a good teacher.

Another solid tutorial really do love these, I'm gonna need to get that dummy and practice some of these moves 😁
Love watching your videos so far shayna you are the best love it how she was doing the moves step by step with Jess she's a nice person you can tell ❤
The death stare from Jess at the beginning 😂😂
0:12 seriously if I ever need a good laugh I'll simply just look at every single time shayna chops duke and then duke gives her the death stair🤣🤣🤣
Its so cool watching Shayna Baszler and Jessamyn Duke. BRE START rocks. I love em
Thank You!
Love this channel!!!! Shayna and Jess are the best!
Jess had the laser ray of death stare going.. 😂😂😂
The main thing I’m picking up from this is the footwork. I’m going to drill this.
In martial arts, footwork opens up everything. You can't be taken down if you can't be grabbed, and having a good mind and good feet helps you move through guard into better positions.
Update: I actually hit this in a BJJ tournament today. Hallelujah! 😂
@@NinjaBoyTellEm92 congratulations!

Sakuraba was a master of this.i loved watching him toy with the poor bums
Just by that look alone at the beginning, I feel like Jess is slowly plotting revenge on Shayna 😂
Great video, Queen!
That move looks amazing when you teach it. 🖤 ♠

I would love for the queen of spades to put me in a submission hold. 😏🤪🤼♀️
Who wouldn't?!
I gotta try this in class tonight
Good video & Jessamyn is like 1 day you gonna get it.
She gets hers in, don't worry!
The best teacher in the world
Learning from the best teacher Ms baszler The Queen Of Spades and soon to be the next Raw Womans Champion believe that the ring is her yard not Romans
I'm really frustrating they are making Bliss and Cross beet Bae every other week. Hate the writing on that show 😭
@@matthewJ142 thats true its a shame there keeping her down like this

I was thinking could you do the drill in reverse and go for a knee bar so some type of attack. And then…BONUS FOOTAGE!!!!
This reminds me, I need to see what Dr T and The Women was about again
Yeah, I love when you're teasing Jessamyn with that hard slap on the chest, I do the same to my cats, and she is a pretty big and awesome cat.
All hail the Queen of Spades
Is the Peruvian Necktie worth it? Or is too hard to do to be useful?
Perhaps a video? Thank you!
Bow down
Omg jess's reaction after that chop 😂😂😂😂 loved the video so much ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️ genuinely you're the best Baez 😘😘😘😘😘#qosbaszler #favoriteyoutuber

The glare Jess have you when you chopped her was gold.
It takes a certain amount of grappling experience to be a good uke
