The only reason you'd think The Boss is smooth is because you rode in front where the smoothest ride is. The further you go back on the train, the worse your ride experience will be. SFStL is my home park, so I speak from experience. I will only ride that coaster in the front car. Riding anywhere else is too rough to enjoy.

I ride it every time I go there. It’s insanely rough, but I still love it. Anywhere but the front car is death tho
