Qingshen Bamboo

Qingshen Bamboo Weaving is an ancient folk craft that spreads in Qingshen County, Meishan City, Sichuan Province, where people weave bamboo pieces and strips of different thicknesses into various daily necessities and works of art by hand. Planar Bamboo Weaving refers to the use of soft and thin bamboo filaments to weave planar patterns. Three-dimensional Bamboo Weaving products include wall decorations, flower baskets, lampshades, small toys in the shape of children and animals, and artistic bamboo shoes and hats. Porcelain-Bodied Bamboo Weaving is a kind of exclusive handicraft made of bamboo filaments outside the bright and clean porcelain. Bamboo Weaving is not only a technique but more of an art.
