I recommend to press the receiver's microprocessor reset button. You'll need a paperclip or some other small point to press the microprocessor reset button. You can find the microprocessor reset button on the Pioneer DMH-1500NEX on the hard key panel to the far right. Radio text information must be broadcast by the radio station in order to be shown on the in-dash receiver. Some radio stations broadcast this information, and others do not. If there is no radio text information, the receiver will typically display no data. Try some different radio stations in your area to see if some are broadcasting the data. There is no adjustment to make on the Pioneer DMH-1500NEX that will display radio text information. It will automatically display the available information being send from the radio station. If you need to buy a new Bluetooth Microphone for your Pioneer receiver, I recommend to contact Pioneer's Authorized Parts Distributor in the US, PacParts. Pioneer receivers are designed to work with the included microphone. I love my system but the touch screen is starting to get on my last nerve you have to touch around to get a response and I have done calibration like 4 times and I had the system for a little over a year
