This is how it will play out in court. The defense is going to say that his client was running away from the victim. My client even warned him that he had a weapon. The victim continued to chase the defendant. My client was in fear for his life so he had to defend himself. In the end he will probably get charged with unlawful carrying a weapon if that is even the case. Unfortunately for this mother, her son was partially to blame. Should have left it alone.
