Changing a section of the front floor panel/inner rocker panel/ and a little section of rear floor panel

This means your windshield leaks, or wiper motor, or worse.
The cause(s) needs to be found or it just leaks next winter.
All winter.
Mine filled up the headlight pullout switch because it leaked in the windshield seal in front of the passengers sun visor area.
The body is not what you would call a refined design. Dont ever think youre done, but youre a brave young man, and skilled, too.
Consider also, a set of ground straps
