@@jayzilla-mw7zo it’s not expensive at all considering the studio series transformers are like 40$ and more just to get lazy art work and a cheap design while your paying alittle more just to get 3rd or 4th party action figure that’s alittle more money but has details on it.

This doesn't feel like an upscale, they did an amazing job at the retooling
And the good thing is he came up with shield,guns and sword,which the virgin hasbro's sentinel didnt

What can I say, but, WOW!! I thought, at first it was non transformable. So true to the movie. I don’t know how you could even remember how to transform him without having done it 100x before this video. Great job again PVP! And yes, I totally agree with you! This one is the best!

I usually do not like faux parts and parts forming is almost always a deal breaker. But the way the integrated the weapon for jut just storage but also the side panels is great. Also the option to take off the kibble backpack for the cape was genius. Transformation looks super fun too! A bit fiddly but not over the top at all. Sentinel is also one of my favorites in terms of bot mode design, alt mode and just overall character. Hes voiced by the one and only Leonard Nimoy too! Great review. Absolutely getting this guy.
This is definitely the best sentinel prime and even beats the Studio Series version and that was my favourite

The only MPM styled version of this guy we got. He ain't perfect nor 100% accurate by any means, but he is a good viable option.

I'm wondering if I missed it, but I was most looking forward to the size comparison between Sentinel and Black Apple Optimus. Disappointed I didn't see it.

@@desktopshorts7411 but wasn't sentinel prime taller than optimus in the movies and charts though? so in reality both could scale with sentinel

Ordered him the other day (hopefully won't get cancelled like a lot of my other Chinese orders thanks to lack of stock because of the industry shutdown over there for environmental reasons), great to have an English review of him at last. A couple of things you missed that might help you enjoy him even more, the blades come apart and store in the shield when you want to use the rust canon and the 'original deck/cape backpack' has tapered tips that fold out on the ends to look more like the movie cape.

I loved the Studio Series Mold of this guy, but I was pretty disappointed with his size. This version looks absolutely amazing.
I wish they could have done something with the "blade" that turns into the truck's side skirts, since we already have a Thanos Blade as an external accessory. They could easily add a few hinge joints to attach them to the waist, and fold them towards the back in robot mode as a form of a butt flap, or fold it up along his back.
I wonder if Black Apple is still out there

Hi. I really like how you often get the figures before other reviewers. It's really helpful for English speaking fans.
If I could suggest something it would be adding some size comparisons in alt mode instead of just complementing the figure for 2 minutes straight. And maybe a few more in bot mode as well although BMB Prime is quite well suited as a reference point, I'll give you that.

I just got this. He is huge and movie accurate. Almost as tall as the Ark in ship mode.
The less accurate cape has two flaps at the bottom which can be flipped out to make the cape more accurate (though not by much).
Man i cant wait for mine to get here.

I would love to get this, but he's like 5cm taller than I want. I hate how big they made him! He barely even scales with their own Optimus upscale. If he was MPM or Black Apple scale then I'd definitely have ordered this.

An old movie figure collection could scale well with this
This is like a masterpiece series figure
This is a very good figure but i feel it's missing one crucial detail and that's the loss of armor and helmet detail so you can recreate the scene of Megatron basically shooting him apart and then optimus brutally executes him to fully recreate that final battle scene

The figure is really cool. But now I wonder who much better could have been if Black Mamba worked with the original leader class figure design and engineering instead of basing the figure from the Studio Series Voyager.

The figure looks good can you possibly do a retro review of the ice cream truck version of skid's and mudflap if you haven't done one already
the tip of the integrated cape can fold up too
he never did use the long barrel under the gun in the movie or the piece of cylinder with the spike at the end from the fire truck hose
