I mostly like Thundercracker, its a great life action incarnation for him in my opinion, although I wish the head was an remolded Starscream's head, but even thought his just a repaint of Nitro-Zeus, I really like him.
Dotm was such a unique toyline,after the 2007 toyline,the figures were unique and fun to play,we should probably get a retro version of the dotm movie like the headmasters retro toyline

Still to this day I’d say that Leader class DOTM Optimus is the greatest figure Hasbro has ever released. He’s is incredibly accurate, he comes with basically every single weapon he used in the film, comes with not only just the jet pack but it can transform into the trailer (which looks amazing), as well as actually giving you the most bang for your Buck. Hasbro actually made it worth paying a leader price point for a voyager figure by giving us amazing accessories and really not cheeping out.
He’s not a bad figure, just a bad DOTM Figure. I personally like it, though I agree not appearing AT ALL in the movie kinda makes him the worst. If he wasn’t labeled as being from DOTM, it probably wouldn’t have been as bad. Maybe had they repackaged him as some kind of unique Earth Mode Thundercracker from the Bumblebee movie, it would have been better. We already got Thundercracker in the movie, and as a toy in his cybertronian form, so it could have made sense as a Studio Series figure from the Bumblebee movie..?
I think Sentinel Prime is the best. Both modes are great. Anyone else notice how AOE Optimus’ design is similar to Sentinel? Almost like Optimus took up the mantel of his former Hero.
Fun facts: 1. the originally in 2011 we were supone to get a leader class megatron and shockwave (heard Soundwave as well) but it got cancelled after hasbro lied to the news about existing prototypes until now 2. Sentinel is one of the rarely few bots in the line to scale like the original figured
I’ve got the SS DOTM Shockwave and I 100% agree with everything you said about him. He looks like he was ripped straight out of the movie and I can forgive the tank mode since he didn’t transform in the movie, but the robot is pure perfection.
Dark of the moon has such a phenomenal soundtrack. Such great scenes as well, for example the scene where both optimus and sentinel reminisce about their days on cybertron when they're in africa
They need to make a RoTF Ratchet for Voyager class that can give him the weapons and paint apps he deserves. Even the premium finish version while an improvement doesn't seem enough when compared to what Hasbro can do with Shockwave/Megs/Soundwave etc.
DOTM was the first Transformers movie I watched and I loved everything about it, the toy line, the design of the transformers and I’m so glad that we’ve gotten some DOTM characters that I’ve wanted as a kid such as Leadfoot, a weaponized roadbuster, leader class Megatron and more. I still think DOTM is one of the best from the bayverse next to the 2007 transformers
I remember always wanting Sentinel, he was by far my favorite DOTM character, but I looked up the heights and didn't understand complexity factoring into pricing so I didn't think he was worth the voyager price for a slightly taller deluxe....so I missed him until now he's out of print and jacked up way high everywhere. no matter, I got the Original Venerable one, which is one of my most prized figures in my collection, which I only jumped on for certain thanks to your review of him.

I don’t mind that Thundercracker didn’t showed up in the bayfilms. It is still a great figure by itself and I don’t even mind about the backpack, it is an original design and accurate to Nitro Zeus’ backpack so it’s A-Okay.
When I saw ledford, I suddenly remember him being a thicc car in the movie. Like a fat car. Also, how did you combine the background and turntable? Its actually amazing how you did it cause I can only see the shadows of the figures. Great job.

Another funny thing was that one of the Wreckers in each size class was not weaponized and therefore inaccurate to the film. In Human Alliance it was Leadfoot, in deluxe class it was Roadbuster, and in legends class it was Topspin. We’ve got some pretty interesting facts here, thanks for sharing.
imo thundercracker should have been higher because besides the inaccuracies he is a great figure. as long as my figure doesnt look like a brick with a car duct taped to it, im fine. the kibble is managed pretty well. its one of my favorite figures of all time.

The thundercracker choice is so odd to me because just because a concept character is made doesnt mean it should rank lower the bumblebee megafron is amaizng and that was a concept
I love the Wreckers, Ratchet, Shockwave, Soundwave, Dino/Mirage, Sentinel Prime and Optimus Prime the best, hopefully when the DOTM version of Bumblebee comes out he won’t have that battle mask like the last two versions and I hope hasbro can make a studio series version of Que/Wheeljack really soon
For me my favorite film was revenge of the fallen. So happy to hear we are getting a new fallen figure this year. And I definitely got that shockwave (favorite decepticon) I got an upgrade kit that fixes the squishy weapons to hard plastic, and with that absolute perfection.
WHAAAAAT?! Thundercracker got the bottom of the list?!🥺 dang… he’s absolutely amazing! He’s honestly a LOT better than the original figure in my eyes. Amazing paint, amazing robot mode, and amazing jet mode.
I never got the chainsaw or guns (besides the minigun) on my road buster for some reason. Luckily, I had two of the original road buster figure, and gave him the guns/chainsaws. They look and fit right with the studio series version. Plus, he’s my favorite since his vehicle mode is based of my favorite NASCAR driver, Dale Jr.
You know I would love to see Hasbro do remakes of figures from the older movie toylines that never appeared in the movies. This includes figures like landmine, evac (helicopter version), nightwatch Optimus prime and the aerial bots.
I made up my own movie TF characters! Canopy (with an actual vehicle mode) Cyberstrike (Tesla cybertruck) Trade wing Rewind (Porsche) and that’s all for now

Today I went to Dallas vintage toys I got Kingdom twrecks and a vintage laserbeak a Mountain Dew transformer idk his name and dark of the moon shockwave for 100 dollars and I love them all
The only drawback to the studio series wreckers figures and to an extent all of the mainline wreckers figures for dark of the moon is that they're missing a majority of their sponsorships probably due to licensing issues.
Shockwave and Sentinel definitely at the top! i wouldnt be surprised if a Premium DOTM studio series Prime is released with better paint considering the MOVIE TRILOGY SERIES Prime figure actually had a more accurate paint app on the trailer

I basically took my TLK Berserker and painted the dreads gold and just called it a day.
Speaking of Ratchet, I just realized I never had a Ratchet in my collection. Huh.
To be honest none of the figures have been fantastic haha

I know that we have numerous SS Bumblebee figures, but if we finally get one that's from DOTM, I promise I'll be forever happy.
I always wanted a Dino and seeing him in January 2021 I started buying tf toys again and the build up to may 1st was amazing

My favorite ratchet was the voyager variant that had his traditional white & red color scheme.
