É para no intervalo do jogo o pessoal não mudar de canal pq caia a audiência, usavam umas bandas de faculdade para tocar durante o intervalo mais não chamavam muito atenção do público, até que Michael Jackson teve a ideia de trazer artistas nomeados . Por isso é um show para prender o público a frente da TV sem perder audiencia

Coldplay deserves way more respect than what they got for doing this super bowl nobody seems to care that they performed all anyone cares about is Beyonce and Bruno mars which is really sad for a band that deserves way more than what they got
In my opinion, Coldplay should have helmed the half-time all on their own and not brought two legends, I blame Coldplay for overshadowing themselves. Because when I recall Superbowl 50 2016 half-time show all I remember is that Bruno and Beyonce performed. Coldplay got the spotlight and they decided to give it away. Edit: I also want to add that Coldplay could (and should) have PROVED that they CAN perform Superbowl half-time without anyone's help because their performance without Bruno and Beyonce is great but as stated above they were overshadowed by their own volition.
or maybe some people shouldn’t perform at the Super Bowl. Love Adele... but her Super Bowl performance would be a snooze fest, kind of like Coldplay. Glad Bey and Bruno woke it up.
Coldplay, they are good singer / Artist but not good entertainer if SB let them show by themselves the show gonna boring for halftime show standard that's why they bring others artist who good entertain collapse with them. sorry for my bad english.
@@krittenk.4587 it was Coldplay who decided who they wanted to perform with, not the producers. if they were not good enough for the halftime show, why tf do you think they were invited? there were many other entertainers at the time, but they still chose Coldplay, simply because they are a big artist.
