That is the ultimate life form (ulf for short) and u can get it by using the microwave at frighter 419 and combining some items to make an infused mask. You can then use that mask to gain ulf. Its the same thing kars uses. You must have the following items: --> Stone Mask (dio domain) --> Red Aja Stone (undead domain) --> 50k Gold Combine these items using microwave at frighter 419, and get an infused mask, then use that mask.
