- After confirming he was dropping out of the presidential race, US President Joe Biden endorsed Vice President Kamala Harris as his replacement. "Today I want to offer my full support and endorsement for Kamala to be the nominee of our party this year. Democrats - it's time to come together and beat Trump," Biden wrote.
The 59-year-old Harris entered politics after rising through the ranks to become California's top public prosecutor. Her time in the White House, however, did not do much to raise her public profile. She was perceived as being in Biden's shadow and attacked by the Republican party over her efforts to curb the influx of immigrants arriving from Mexico. Harris, however, has an advantage over other potential candidates due to her access to campaign funds she has already raised with Biden.

His criminal record is not clean and he hasn't served justice for the crimes he has committed... He needs to wait until he has a clean sleight to run again for POTUS... If he is re-elected as POTUS, he will try to pardon himself of all these crimes...

This is indeed historic/iconic decision coming from Joe Biden, he is indeed a patriot, the choice of his VP Kamala Harris replacing him is also a good move but I am thinking that gender issue may play out against Kamala Harris in this race, Hilary Clinton experience is still fresh in the minds of many Americans.
