You show the "Official dimensions", but the manufacturer claims that it is 13 ft 2 inches fully extended. True? If not, where does the 13 ft come from?

I just got it yesterday, and just measured it. It is actually 11 feet long. Marketed as 13 feet.

Instead of an informative video showing the ladder in all positions it claims to do ,no they spend the entire video trying to open the damn ladder and unlocking the damn thing. 2 thumbs down but a thumbs up for the effort
