I bought wakefit orthopaedic memory foam mattress one year back. Within a week it started giving me and family member heavy back and neck pain. Then i enquired with the company. They said it is not for everyone. You may need to buy firm mattress. Then I bought bonded foam mattres, and it sorted all the issues. Hence plz mention that memory foam or any soft mattress is not suitable for all.

Absolutely, infact the best ortho mattress recommended for backache should be a combination of bonded foam, HD foam and coir. Memory foam, cotton,spring and latex is not at all suitable for back comfort and posture.

Latex, coir and bonded foam are the best ones. Latex is the best overall in my opinion. Now there's something called smart grid which is in trend, and claims that it doesn't sag but I can't tell for sure if are really that good for back support.
