1) Go to a well known Ayurvedic doctor and take potli massage along with abhyangam . You shall get rid of body aches if any. Before lockdown I used to take ayurvedic massage atleast once in 2 months. Your problem is severe so you need to consult doctor.
2) Using natural cotton helps us a lot. I always sleep upon cotton beds
