Keep the inspirational videos coming... I've been sewing for 60 years ... I love that you are self taught because there are no rules or restrictions on your creativity. So many of the items that you have done in ways that I would have never dreamed of doing, have come out beautiful. I have become so excited again about creating & designing......ThankYou, Thank You, Thank You !!!!! You are Amazing!
1. Great hair day! I love how your high lights match the metal on you necklace. 2. Do this on a Carhartt like jacket and wear it with those crystal Timberlands. I think that would look s cool too! 3. Love this.
Found a shirt at a second hand store loaded with sew on crystals. Paid $2 for it. It's a sheer peachy orange color. Not my thing so I will use the many crystals & transfer them to a flannel jacket. Always look at shirts in second hand stores. Can't wait to make this one. Thanks Orly! You've done it again!
you can cut a collar (and some shirt) off a thrifted shirt and glue crystals to it! search 'detachable collar diy' on youtube/google 'detachable collar diy'
You: all casual-like "stop by a thrift store and pick up the plaid jacket. I got mine for $4" (like it was a quick stop on the way home from buying crystals) Me: Spends hours and hours looking for the base of any project and just.can't.find.anything.that.works. LOL You are the queen of finding the perfect combinations. Always love your channel and your vibe! Keep 'em coming!
This might sound absolutely nuts, but I get "feelings", like an uncontrollable urge to go to my local Sally Ann, almost EVERY single time I get one of these urges, I find something super cool!
I feel ya. Germany is doing a 'lockdown light', come November 1st. as well. What a depressing prospect, especially now that we're heading into winter. Oh well. Happy crafting and stay safe!
Epic.. I have an old wedding dress covered with the stones needed..got for Halloween costume last year.. will borrow off that...the dress was thrifted for 10 bucks
Blindly finding the tiny crystal holes was the ultimate challenge....but not anymore!!😃😃 Thanks orly for the wonderful DIY and the amazing tips....lova ya❤️❤️❤️
Thank you so much for sharing…. I just realized that the crystals on the coat imitate snow 😂 lol I’m from Canada so… snow ❄️ is our trademark lol I love these diy’s
Who in the world is going to pay 4000 for a plaid jacket with some crystals on it. Not us we know how to do this. It’s so unique and real cheap. Love it 😍
Ohmygod in late to the party for this video. I have a plaid quilted jacket that I took from my dad yeeeeears ago. It’s from the 90s and needs some love. Thank you for the idea!!! ❤️
That right there, is everything. I love, love, love it. I been slow at doing this because of crazy situations but I gotta. You and blueprint diy really make my day when I get a chance to watch. I'm doing that one. My materials might be somewhat different, But I'ma make something like this. Lol! Thanks.
I found this exact same shirt on eBay, brand new. I love the gray parts; they really soften the often too-harsh "buffalo plaid" shirts. Can't wait to rock this look in the Arctic freeze that is Vermont! Thanks Orly!
They're just gorgeous. I would like to try the shirt. It looks great. These beads are expensive where I'm from, so I may have to go the smaller way. Blessed weekend and week to you Orly.
lovely as usual ....i want ur advice i have a gold leather jacket that started peeling and i love it ...still not much just a little at the shoulder plate do u know how to fix it ?
Love your wavy hair today. Yes, I do not have winter or cold where I live! Maybe a light flannel could be used. But I'd probably opt for a sweater. That's the beauty of the DIY...we all take away our own inspiration 😎
That's a lot of the dollars! LMBO 😅 I love the blue plaid shirt with the amber/caramel colored crystals. I'm definitely gonna have a list of things to find as soon as my thrift stores reopen! ❤️❤️❤️ And what a cool way to jazz up a plain plaid shirt. I'd love to do one in a green plaid with blue or aqua crystals ❤️ so many great ideas!
Oooh I think the blue one is gorgeous, am now trying to think which of my plaid shirts I can use!! Wish I hadn't got rid of my old fave last year (it was worn out but I could have made it work!!)
you can wash the blue flannel like regular. E6000 or Gem Tac will hold. But the jacket I would spot clean or dry clean. Mainly because the large ones could crack or break in the tumble of the wash
The work, you have done, is great. I like, that you say, how much money you have spent on the project. 70 $ is a lot of money, even if it is much cheaper than the original from Miu Miu.
What a great jacket that came out. So doing it. Questions if can answer. Is that a woman’s jacket? Did jacket came as it cropped and have a curve hemline? Love how the hemline on that jacket.

OMG!!! I love this. Costco has a men's flannel shirt jacket for about $20 bucks that would work perfect.
yes!!
Love this, would love to see some embellished detachable collar you can add to sweaters or shirts without having to actually layer.
LOVE that idea!
@@OrlysChannel plz make one and share with us. That wl solve the washing/ ironing issues.

hahah I hit up a few different stores, bought 5 jackets until I found this one lol
Same girl. When I walk into a thrift store. I can't find anything. I think it depends on the thrift store too. Some stores just have better stuff.
@@OrlysChannel LOL - I probably give up too soon. Love this diy so much!
You always make me want things I would have never thought I'd want. 😍
I'm so glad! lol

Every week I think you've outdone yourself, then you post a new video, and BAM--outta the park!

You should bleach the flannel and make and ombré design so the tops lighter and the bottom darker and add the stones
After several long months, you finally got back your hair highlighted - Yay - Welcome back! I truly prefer your highlighthing hair. You look gorgeous.

Rolando.....I was dying! I loved that moment. The jacket! LOVE!!!!

You shine more than the bling. I actually think you get better looking as you age.Doing this for granddaughter as a Xmas gift.
You rock. I may try the blue flannel shirt version.
This is so cute! It totally looks like snow on your jacket ♥️😍
I would do it on a light sweeter. A jacket is too much since we just “have” summers. But I love your jacket 😍
Yes, a sweater is such a good way to wear this indoors :)
I just found you day before yesterday and I have been watching you for 2 day. I'm so happy you are doing this. So many ideas for me. Thanks.
Love the idea will it be machine washable or dry clean
Can you do a video on the $350 feather trimmed pajamas? I would be interested in seeing your spin on it 😊
Love it (both) bravo!!!!!!!👍👍👍👍👍
