This video brings back such great memories. I had played APBA Baseball since 1970, and in my Senior Year of HS invested in this exact set. I absolutely loved the Football Version and my Steelers were great. However Dorm life and the introduction of Strat-o-Matic by a buddy meant our eight team league voted for Strat. Never bought another APBA Set, and ended up giving it to one of my son's friends in the early 2000's. With retirement looming in front of me, your replay video shows me what the error of my ways has done. Love your video's, and 66's forever.

Trying to find a way to get back into the C&D world. About 18 months ago my man cave with large table, became a quilting room with a quilting table. Confirmed to Computer Games at present due to space constraints.
Ah, memories. I recall (somewhat) my first game of APBA football. 1970 Vikings-Patriots. I think it ended up something like 45-3 and that's because I chose to almost exclusively run the ball for the Vikings in the second half. Otherwise, it could have been 82-3.

Thanks for sharing insight.

Thanks for this video. Why did APBA get rid of the receiver locator ratings and chart in the newer versions? Seems a very effective option.
Thought it was an improvement, we imagine.
I’m looking to set up a Saturday or Sunday night chat about APBA football if you’d like to join us
Sure thing!
