You don't need to have a linear plot in order to have a linear model. The parabileo Y = a +bx +bx2 is not graphically linear and still is a linear model. As is Statistics the linearity is the parameters NOT in the scatterplot. I am seeing here albeit you have few inscripts you don t respect them in answering their questions which is a very bad habit.
