    Totally agree with you on the Dubai Chocolate, people are overrating it, I think it's not the greatest chocolate on earth.

    Türkiye has such a rich food culture 🇹🇷 I think embracing the traditional foods is much healthier not just for the body but for the community. Those traditions start at home. You share a great variety of ways to continue Turkish food traditions in an easy way. I enjoyed your calm approach to how people were getting too excited over delicious yet ordinary things. Thank you for this very interesting and thoughtful video ❤

    Lovely Gastronomy event! Such delicious food. I agree too! The traditional recipes of the countries are slowly being replaced with fast food even here in Malta but slowly they are being revived. I like Turkish cuisine so much, it is healthy, nutritious and delicious. Thank you for sharing this event with us. Beautiful country , delicious food and very friendly people. I love commercial food shows. Much better than consumer food shows. I like to know more about the industry rather than just going to eat. Food from villages is always better.❤

    Like your critique, you observed what was there and made your own opinion. It is very true about fast food and also processed foods out there. I think what we should do if we are stuck with more fast food is to be able to break up into parts of what goes into it and see if those ingredients are healthy or not. Doctors* are now talking about seed oils and how harmfull they are - causing liver damage and colon desease. These seed oils are Canola, Sunflower, Cotton seed, the ones marketed as "Vegetable oil" are actually seed oils too. Canola oil was actually made as a lubricant for machines as a substitute for engine oil! Fruit oils such as Olive oil are the best and coconut and palm oils, but the market also has adultered olive oils. The greed for a quick profit has criminals mixing seed oils and a dye with pure olive oil. Food labels are also not true to their purpose and are just a tool for circumventing health guidlines. So, we need to be aware and educated more about the foods we eat for good health.
    *Watch doctor "Eric Berg" video on seed oils - its a must watch video. 🐞

    • @TFT
      @TFT  11 дней назад +1

      Thank you so much! I know that the "vegetable oils" are not healthy but its getting harder and harder to use healthy options like olive oil, nuts, real butter (I think it is healthy too when you don't overdose it) because of their prices. If we east less and healthy we will be ok inshallah :)
      Thank you for the information, I'll check his channel

    Yes, I agree. This industry should be creative in finding ways to promote healthy eating, rather than concentrate on the processed food that is the cause of the current health crisis in the US and many other Western countries.

    Firik or freekeh was quite popular in the west for a while..very nutritious..popular in the middle east..in Egypt they stuff pigeons..in the levant they cook it as a pilaf with chicken..dubai chocolate is trendy and has excellent marketing..easier to make it yourself..and yes dear it is no big deal..esp in turkiye..land of pistachios!
