I put my tretinoin on first. I let that sink in for a good hour and a half, then I start adding my serums toner's and then moisturizers. I want to make sure that the tretinoin sinks in and does the job. I've been using that for 48 years and that's the first thing that goes on my face.
@@321morlan4 I also use tret like this and it works great for me! I apply my toner/essence, serum, light gel moisturiser, wait 10mins and apply Tret, wait 10mins and apply medium cream moisturiser, then heavy moisturiser last. I have sensitive, combo/dry, dehydrated skin with rosacea and this is the only way my dry skin doesn't flake off while also keeping the hydration in. The light gel product isn't actually a moisturiser, it's an Azelaic Acid product (Finacea) but it acts as a light buffer for the tret as well as treating my rosacea.
Hi Sarah, thank you for your video awesome information like always, Sarah please don’t take this wrong way but you look very tired. Very thin. I hope you feel good. Thank you.❤
This is why i love you Sarah...going on a tangent in the middle of your skincare routine as to what blue and yellow make 😅🎉❤ you are very down to earth and don't pretend. Thank you for being real ❤🎉
Thank you for sharing! Its so refreshing to see real reviews from someone who does great research and isn’t bias. We need more people like you! I know its not much but I do make my purchases through your links if it helps.
Hi Sarah ❤, it was nice to see your updated routine. I find it very interesting that you also applied the Niod copper, I would like to try it out too ✨️✨️ I hope you get better and recover your glowing energy🫶
Good video....But do you think the Noid Cail cream cuts through all the moisturizing layers and products you've put on before it? That's something I always question, how many products can I apply effectively...I've got to put on my peptides, copper peptide, ferments, hyperpigmentation serum, tretinoin, moisturizing layer, DNA cream, vitamin c, exfoliant and moisturizer.....just hope they all reach my skin if I juggle them between morning and night
I ordered a mini size of the PC Retinaldehyde Duel-Retinoid, I can't wait to try it. I'm on my 2nd bottle of TO 2% Retinal Emulsion and I really like it. I haven't experienced any irritation whatsoever. I wanted to love Stratia Lipid Gold but sadly I couldn't get past the smell. I also didn't like how it turned me yellow lol But Stratia is a wonderful brand that has excellent customer service. I do believe they are releasing a toner. It's crazy how so many holiday gift sets are out and it's not even Halloween yet !!! Then after Christmas it seems like brands start releasing new products. I remember you mentioned that Good Molecules is suppose to reformulate their products?? I'm really excited to see what they do.
I finally have been using retinal again , i stopped using it because my skin doesnt seem to love it but i have been using the Medick 8 lower dose retinal for about a month now once a week and i think i can finally go up a day next week . Peptides are definitely my favorite and i have been incorporating the Dr DG peel pads 1 time a week ( doesnt seem to bother me even though it has frangance) then the PC 2% a few times a week GG peptides all the time CP a few night and the revive serum . Morning i do antioxidants and peptides and i try to use the GG c glow a few days a week and im working up . I am thinking about try that Bio recher P50 1970v as an exfoliating product. I have a list a mile long of stuff i want to try. I hope Niod does the 50% off CP again this year . I bought a few of the serums but not that one u got and i want to try that one too.
Have you tried TO 2% Retinal Emulsion? I was scared at first lol but it's worth every penny. I haven't experienced any irritation whatsoever. I'm on my 2nd bottle. It might be small but it goes a long way. I can use it on my neck and around my eyes too with no issues. At $14.90 I highly recommend trying it.
Sarah, you’re so sleepy sweetie. Thank you for taking the time to bring such a great Pm skincare Routine to us. I just finished the TNS GFS. Won’t be repurchasing. At 63, like you Peptides, Vit.C and Tret and Retinaldhyde serum and lots of hydrating essences/ toners. Sarah, you should try Platnuim Skincare Derma enzyme mask. It is so luxurious feeling and my skin feels sooo baby bottom soft after using. Have you reviewed any of Allies of Skin products.? I cannot wait for The Ordinary’s fall big sale! Well, Iam keeping my fingers crossed that they do their Big sale this yr. I love the Liquid Peptide Serum from Medic8, but so expensive, I’ve got to purchase a really good, effective peptide serum as well as a copper peptide serum, which do you Highly recommend? Hope you got a good night of restful sleep. Thank you bunches Sarah.
I don't know the exact percentages amount for either product but from my experience using both of them I would say hands down the Paula's Choice is much stronger than the Beauty of Joseon.
How is the DHC water cleansing oil is it worth trying I just saw it on sale on Amazon DHC and it's on sale for 17$ i was looking for a cleansing oil thought about trying tatcha . I like thinner one that rinse clean because a lot of times use it as a one step cleanser and I usually don't buy cleansing oil I buy the Farmacy cleansing balm so I haven't tried very many.
I actually really like it- their Water Cleansing Oil is lighter than their big-selling Deep Cleansing Oil that everyone loves. It has nice spreadability and is great for lighter makeup days. It's a bit quicker to smooth over skin and rinses off a bit faster and does it all in one fast step! For very heavy makeup days the Tatcha would be nice too. I need to go back to the Farmacy Cleansing Balm because I have it three scents now!
So I’m sending a question out. Hyaluronic acid serums dry my skin out no matter how I use them. Does this happen to anyone else? If it’s in a moisturizer with a bunch of other stuff it’s ok but not in serum form. 🤷🏻♀️
Hyaluronic Acid can actually dry your skin out if you don't use it right. I would apply it while your skin is damp then apply your moisturizer. I personally don't purchase Hyaluronic Acid Serums because Hyaluronic Acid is in EVERYTHING. When my skin is irritated Hyaluronic Acid burns my skin. As long as you don't use a Hyaluronic Acid only product, you should be ok. It's in everything so it would be hard to find products without it
If you're using HA products with lower molecular weight HA, it can be inflammatory to some people and irritate the skin no matter how you use it. I don't use dedicated HA products and products with low molecular weight HA for that reason, and because HA is in almost everything already.
Oh thank you so much! I think the biggest benefits have been from the microneedling treatments my esthetician performed and the Plasma treatments I've been doing. I'll do a video about the Plasma treatment asap!
Thank you so much! I've lost a ton of weight, actually trying to put back on just a few pounds. I was really working hard at losing it- eating better and going to the gym, then my thyroid took over so I'm trying to get that stable and trying to put 5 pounds of hopefully muscle back on.
When a retinoid says to use a pea-sized amount, I usually mix it with a light moisturizer (like stratia lipid gold or interface) so I don’t over apply and regret it 😅
Oh My Gawd!...I couldn't sleep and woke in the middle of the night, and got up and put on another layer of moisturizer. I am Certifiable.

The tret is the last thing i put on. It irritates my skin so much. But i always wonder how much its absorbed
@@321morlan4All experts say it absorbs over any skincare unless it's an oil or skin barrier like Vaseline.
@@surpriseitsus9622 good to know! It seems the only way I can tolerate it is with multiple layers of serums and moisturizers under it.
