I love banchan (korean side dishes) and rice, and my mom used to make these little oven-baked salmon squares for us all the time! Wasn’t sure they would turn out great (spoiler alert, they did) so saved some salmon in ZWILLING #FreshandSave system to keep in the freezer for later too!
