The light weight dumb bell routine is killer! Damn it hits hard!!! Thank you for this❤
Love the channel, these videos are unique and very educational. So underrated.
Most underrated fitness influencer. Tysm for all the advice man
You’re awesome, my dude. Thanks!
Thanks for this vid! 🔥
Love your vids man
Broo just today i was feeling like my arms are too small and you uploaded a video about it, you’re such an angel 😭😭
W VIDEO bro keep the quality videos coming!
keep it up bro great content
love your videos man, theyve helped alot :)
Thank bro your video help me alot
Amazing content 👏
the best part of this is that all of this , he's giving away knowledge for free.!!!
crazy informative vid🎉
amazing bro really helpful video
Thank you very much for all the amazing videos that are really helpful. i'm from Malaysia and just turned 41. started to do basic calisthenic exercise few weeks ago and learnt a lot from your videos. Maybe your next video can be about how to correct muscle imbalances. i can see from the mirror that my left shoulder is smaller than my right, therefore naturally my right arm is stronger than the left. i believe many people have the same condition and will benefit from learning how to correct the imbalance properly. thank you very much again and do keep up the excellent work bro ! :) cheers!
yes i have muscle imbalance
This helped alot
Hey man. Great video overrall, I like this style of yours. Just wanted to add the brachialias in this video which can be recruted in "neutral" grip pull-ups since the biceps is in a weaker position. It is commonly known to make your arms look bigger from the front.
Daddy,daemon dropped another video!!!!!!!!!! 🎉
Great stuff in here, I've done a similar thing for the bicep but with chin ups.
It's called 21, you do 7 bottom half, 7 upper half, 7 full motion.
It's a killer, but if you can do 1-2 sets towards the end of your session it's amazing. I would recommend to most people that can rep 10-12 standard pull-ups
glad to see someone know about the 21s here
Do you do it w normal supinated grips or close supinated grips?
@@E4King Short answer - whichever challenges you. If you feel like you can 2 full setts of close grips then by all means go for it, but many people, especially towards the end of the session might feel like close grip is too much, so doing it slightly wider might be a good idea.
@@kalinognyanov395 thanks man I appreciate it
The chair dip bar on top
Keep it up
Bro your content quality improved a lot ...
Thank you brother ♥
Need a weekly routine to start calisthenics 🙏🏻
Amazing physique man mashallah
A guide to bulking would be appreciated.
Thank you so much for the knowledge. I need to start doing more diamond push ups. and I have to try that one bicep workout. It look very effective. I wonder can you do it with a kettlebell as well.
Yup it works
What a killer workout 💪🏾thank you for another great workout 🔥how is it with rest between the bizeps sections or sets?
Left arm's working set duration = right arm's resting duration
Vice versa
BRO COULD YOU PLEASE MAKE A VIDEO OR SHORTS ON A SCHEDULE FOR WORKOUT, LIKE WHICH MUSCLE GROUPS TO HIT, HOW OFTEN IN A WEEK, FOR CALISTHENICS BECAUSE I FIND IT VERY DIFFICULT TO WORK ON SAME MUSCLE GROUP 2X A WEEK WITHOUT NEGLECTING OTHER MUSCLES. CHEERS!
First bro and thanks bro say superhuman shoulder exercise
Dang you are strong
Thanks
also mention in order to grow big big, you should be in a calorie surplus
Here's a tip for everyone dont be discouraged when ur arms don't grow consistency is the key
(Didnt watch the full vid but saw the thing called "fast" so commented u dont get anything overnight soo stay hard)
bro you inspired me to start training and i love your content.By the way how many rest days should you have per week
The bare minimum is 1, but I sometimes have up to 3 days depending on the intensity of my training for the week
Time to use some new knowledge and gain more.
Dips are very good
Bro make a video on big and vascular forearm
you could have mentioned bodyweight tricep extensions, ring curls, pelican curls as a calisthenic expert
I love your videos and have no doubt you know exactly what you’re on about. I just have one question about the killer biceps exercise, all i’ve ever seen/heard is that it’s better to have a heavier weight and lower reps to build muscle rather than the latter, wouldn’t the killer biceps exercise be doing the latter hence not building muscle as effectively but rather focusing on muscle endurance?? please correct me if i’m wrong I just can’t wrap my head around this stuff haha
There is no one way to training. A heavy weight with low reps is as effective as a light weight with high reps. However, many people dive into training with zero knowledge on what they're doing, which is why I recommend doing both.
love pullups took me 4 months to learn how to do 9 pull ups
Can we get a video on how to build the upper chest with callisthenics
Hey. Love your video -but is it ok to use someone to ‘spot’ you as you life weights?
Can you make a video on how did you get you're planche please 🙏🙏
I do weighted pushups, and when I hit failure, I lay on my knees and keep pushing
❤
Can you do a video for Forearms please 🙏
Caliversity I love your videos and I try the exercises you tell me to do and still not seeing results. Like a simple push-up for example it feels like I’m just going through the motions I don’t know if my form is proper or not same thing with pull ups.
The important thing is to feel the muscle. Do the exercise in a slow and controlled manner. Don't aim for high reps. Aim for quality reps, I myself fell for this trap before as well. It took me a month of doing something wrongly before I adjusted my sets and started doing it right. I saw growth in less than 2 weeks afterwards
What would you consider quality reps.
@@samirsami7533 Doing the movement slow. Feeling the muscles work. Holding both the eccentric and concentric part of the movement before you continue
Hey bro! I have resistance band which is heavy one (35kg) should i train biceps with this band or should i buy a lighter one to train bicep?
daemon what about diamond push ups for the ticeps?
If i am doing pushups on push day following with your workout for triceps, the one in which u spam pushups by dropping your core, if i want those triceps should i add diamond pushups in routine or should i replace it with normal pushups?
Man I appreciate your great work, but Im done. I've been trying everything for past months, but there wasnt any visual or strenght progres. I even feel more weak and worse than before. My shoulders hurt as hell even i tried to do push-ups correctly. If there is anyone like me be carefull. Wish you luck people.
Have you tried eating more or resting?
Do you do a diet? or just eat whatever you want but trying to burn off all calories?
hi dude first of all you are such a inspiration and second can we actually grow bigger arms same speed without using weight for example trying different variations or for intermediate to advance one arm pull ups negativ or hold one arm pull ups I target to build muscles just by doing bodyweight training
blessings to all calisthenics warriors keep going once we're going to beat the gravity
The one arm pull up with clean form is by right a lat based exercise, not bicep work. Hence I wouldnt recommend using it for bicep growth
@@Caliversity thanks for the advice dude I definitely will adjust now the approach to a bigger biceps
Damon, the correct pronunciation of objective is OB jeck ive not UB jeck ive.
Do you really have to do a lot of sets or can you just do more weight to get stronger
So if I do this I’m gonna get some huge arms like my favourite anime character goku?
I know you're a calisthenics guy, but in the most objective view you can give, is gym or calisthenics better for putting on size and looking big?
Both work about the same, callisthenics requires you to have lower body fat so you’ll not need to cut
Just start with pull-ups, if you go to the gym you’ll be doing them anyways.
For size wise, gym for sure.
The gym allows you to adjust the weights so hypertrophy is constantly within your means.
Your bodyweight stays the same in Calisthenics so you'll inevitably build strength first and then muscle later once your body is used to repping it's own weight
For the bicep killer how many sets and how many times a week should I do this exercise?
5 sets max, once per week if you train pull twice
Can I apply the Killer workout but with lateral raises?
Yup of course you can
How about forearms?
Where did you see the information about reducing rest time as being one of the fastest ways to build muscle? From what I've seen, reducing rest time as a form of prog overload just reduces your capacity in the next set, and therefore it would be more efficient to keep rest times longer and prog overload through adding weight?
At a certain point in bodyweight training, the weight pushed and pulled stays the same. So once it becomes easy, thats where rest time should be reduced to make ot more intense
what about the brachialis?
I'm doing calisthenics for over a year now but my arms are not growing anymore. no matter what I do, biceps curls, hammer curls, chin ups, dips, they stay the same size and they are still small. My back and shoulders are overpowering my arms already. I will try out this bicep technique though
feel your biceps bfr
Calisthenics exercises are mostly compound movements. It's like spamming the bench press and not seeing growth in your triceps. To isolate your arms in calisthenics, use a close grip in any exercise you do.
6:05 does this method rlly help increase size? Not just pumping it ykwim
How many time should I do the bicep killer thing
In the video you did 2.
So I do 2?
3 would be good.
🙆🏻♀👍
Man your arms are so big it makes your arms look so much shorter
man i got long biceps it sucks
Bro which country do you live ? 🙂
There are a couple of better bodyweight movement to isolate the triceps like :
triceps push up
bodyweight triceps extension
bench dips
pike push ups (they hit the long head if done right)
for biceps you have :
bodyweight biceps curl
planche Lean's (with supinated grip)
side way biceps curls
but great video non the less
how long are your arms?
nah so many reps is for endurance, max 12 reps with weight heavy enough for intensity induces hypertrophy
How so young but daddy at the same time
Singapore accent
What do u use to record?
My phone
Please do a video for chest fat... or maybe lov handles there is not even a single useful video on internet about these
Lower your body fat, that’ll do it. You cannot spot reduce fat.
As the guy above me said, you can’t target weight loss in your belly. As long as you aren’t skinny fat, you could consider simply cutting with a calorie deficit
1. If you want to grow big triceps or biceps in the gym, focus more on isolations, not compounds, compounds will fatigue the main muscle (chest/back) faster than the secondary muscle (bicep/tricep)
2. 5 sets is WAY too much volume for compound lifts, especially at that high of a rep range.
That's what I thought and did
But I m still smol💀
@@dragonballmaster8789 takes time to grow bro. Its probably other factors like diet, intensity, lack of progressive overload etc. B
Since most of your audience is novice/intermediate 5 sets per exercise seems a bit extreme
Wow how old are you
Bodyweight dips are easy for me i can do over 35 idk why 💀
How much you weight? The lighter you are the easier some exercise get.
@@prati73 57 kg
I have gained 7 kg of weight before i weighed 50 kg and i was fat and now i weigh 57 kg and gained muscles. Actually my height increase and my muscle mass also increased so i gained more weight.
@@LEMON_QRAZZY maybe genetics, but that's great man.
Keep up the work
For me dips are the hardest but i can do pushups with ez
4:33 builds muscle or improves endurance?
Uses endurance to build muscle
@@Caliversity I've never heard about that method. Could you back it up with some research?
How many sets for the bicep killer?
Not more than 5
When will you make your warmup routine bro?
what u were saying for gym goers was pure bullsht
these are one of the worst exercises for Big arms sorry but these exercises just ain’t it
fr
Yup yup STAY HARD 🥷🏿
Great vid but pls don’t do lag pull downs for bicep just do bicep curl, hammer curl , preacher curl exc
