I've been holding the volume up button since April...
Rachel Noe What you have to do is plug in your phone to your computer and press the home button and the sleep button and volume up button and then your phone should say iTunes recovery mode and then go to your computer and press update on the iPhone section. It should update. This took me about 2 tries and your phone shouldn't be in a loop and then your phone will ask for your password. And now you're set. I hope this works for you :) :)

Your video was awesome except I had to use the volume down button instead. I did a search for putting iPhone in safe mode and half said volume up and half said volume down. Hope this helps !

Help! So my phone has been on low storage for awhile, and then I started having problems. My phone would restart, delete and restore all my photos on a continuous loop. Anytime I deleted anything ( I deleted over 700 videos ) , it would never change the storage amount that I had used. Then it started deleting texts, and one day it got stuck in an apple boot loop. My device isn't even jailbroken.

Hi iDeviceMovies my iphone is stuck on the apple logo screen and i tried force rebooting it as you described in this video. My iphone switched off for a second or two before turning itself back on and was still stuck on the apple logo screen. I even tried pressing up on the volume for 2 minutes and nothing changed. I tried this twice. Today my iphones memory was very full and I tried downloading lots of pictures off the internet but before they could appear in my library I turned off my iphone. I would really regret if I took my fingers off before and came to know that it would work if I hold it a little longer. Thanks for helping me out man. By the way, I can hardly type with my left index finger. I was using that finger to hold the volume up button for literally 4-5 minutes. And no, it was not an iPhone, it was an iPad 2nd generation with a very thick cover. Man my finger hurts.

Well, it took a while. Maybe about 4-5 minutes. Or even more. As I said, it was really hard, I almost gave up hope, and just then the apple logo popped up. My fingers were hurting after leaving the buttons. It took me quite a bit.

Wait my phone has a black apple and white background will it still work the same but I one thing I figured out was that it randomly goes black like it’s flat then it goes back to the Apple thing and I can turn it off by holding the sound button and the power button but then it turns back on by itself even when I stop holding it.. so..?

@@lowming123 Same phones been low on storage. I delete stuff, like photos i don't need, to take more photos. SO theres never a lot of space available. It often force closes apps for this reason. It died the other day and when I connected it, I saw the apple sign pop up. I disconnected it as soon as that happened [expecting itd be on the home screen soon enough] but its just stayed on the apple since then.

SonicHedgehog34 sadly no. It didn’t ruin my phone trying it, so I’d give it a try. But I just put that phone aside and got a replacement phone (iPhone 7). I just switched my SIM card. I have the phone set aside to take it to apple and ask what may have caused it and possibly get it fixed. I’m sorry the same happened to you. It really sucks losing a phone and information/photos on it.
My 6s got stuck in apple logo. I did the bootloader factory reset through itunes and it's fixed it already turned on fully working.
My question is what are the causes why the phone was stuck? It can't be hardware problem since its working right now after the factory reset and update through itunes.

this is happen on my huawei when i click the reboot recovery in xposed installer thanks to this my phone back again :)
This process worked for me except I did one extra step that someone noted somewhat below. First I did not have the cord plugged in for my iPhone 6S. When I had the frozen apple logo, I held down the home key and on/off switch until the logo went off and the screen turned black. I then held the volume up button for at least 6-8 min but I am not sure that that was necessary. I then plugged in the iPhone to my MacBook Air (I can't remember if I was holding down the up volume key while plugging in the cord to the Mac) and the screen went to the apple logo and I could tell it was processing to the login screen. Login worked just fine and I was able to replicate the login after this issue - it did not return to a frozen apple screen. : )

I was downloading Facebook and then my iPhone screen turned off by itself.
I thought it's because of the battery so I charged it. And then, after a few minutes it turns on again but stuck on this endless reboot with apple logo on it!
I tried every steps in the video. Pressing the home button and power button together constantly. The screen turns black. Before I could even press the (+)volume button, the apple logo screen came back by itself and I really couldn't do anything against it! Please help!!!

ST WH my phone got restored 😞 I plugged it into iTunes through my pc , it updated and still same thing happened I didn't know you should update it twice. My bad, I just chose the Restore option and was depressed for how many hours. All my photos and videos were gone. Good thing I have a backup in google photos but no luck with my videos. That's life though! 🙂 I learned from this experience. My phone now is good as new hahaha.

my iphone 6 had acted out of order just today because the memory was full and the icons were gone and I couldnt delete anything (i did delete two large apps but it says that its still full) and i coudnt figure out what to do and as someone dumb as i am, i decided to power my phone off but now its stucked on the apple logo and idk ive tried countless of these tutorials and none of these worked. ive had photos on it that i wouldnt want to lose, especially ive been with this phone for years now. :((

Ok, I am going to attempt to be helpful. If you are going through all of these videos and nothing is working, here's what I did after 3 days of hell. I dragged my computer out of my closet, booted it up. I opened iTunes and updated it to the most current version. That forced me to restart the computer. Before I opened iTunes, I plugged in my iPad to the computer. Then I opened iTunes, and pressed the power/sleep buttons simultaneously until the screen turned black with a wire indicating to plug into iTunes. iTunes had some pop-ups to enter the passcode and to those prompts I cancelled. I waited for the screen prompting me to recover or to update. Select update so you do not have to start over and you can keep your data.. The computer will download a giant update file. By then, your iPad may have returned to the white screen. That's ok. Wait for download to finish. You may get another stupid passcode prompt press cancel for it. Then, once download is complete (look for arrow pointing down in upper right corner for status update for me the DL took about 35 mins) you can proceed to update your iOS without the passcode. So if your screen went back to white again, with the black apple, press the power/wake plus home button until you get the wire to iTunes black screen again. The iTunes will notice, you may have to cancel the passcode prompt yet again, but then you will get prompts to update the system. It will take about 35-1hour. Seriously. And DO NOT LEAVE THE MACHINE! Stay close by. It will work. Oh and at the end, unplug your iPad once it starts asking you to set up as a new iPad or from a previous backup and do another back up later on when you can. Hope this helps. Best ❤️
