Is that smoke to thick n white ?? I thought it it should b thin and blue

If i close my eyes i can smell that from here. I pretty much have the same design. Its crazy how much meat you can put through them over the years.
So I’m curious how you regulate the heat/temp. Love the idea. Just curious about heat?
My neighbor built one and is using his heat source by electric hot plate , I'm thinking of getting a small barrel or get a box made like this , what temps are you getting with this build
30 to over 100 Celsius.

Around 3 hours at 50-60 celsius.

Around 140°C or higher.

Yes.
What type of wood did you use to build the smoker? Did you coat the inside or the outside wood with anything? Do you have schematics?
It is made out of pine. There is wood only.
