no matter what I do I can't get the face to stay the same. followed your prompts and ideas and it send me female and male images but not the actual face. what am I missing? image is 300 DPI hi res and clear face.

There was a mistake in your prompt: 'rain coatr' - coatR (!) And you also can use the '--seed' parameter for better control of style, pose an facial details.

That being said, I cannot read the words on the screen, as they are very blurry? I am trying to use your method but I cannot seem to replicate your results, and I can't read the screen to verify my steps. 😟Even at --iw 1.5 my images have different faces in every image even though everything else is almost identical. Was there another step my adhd brain missed? Thank you again!

I cant get any good results after multiple attempts. My images are not even close to originals. At all.
Hard to replicate without sharing your midjourney settings and after trying for weeks, it pretty much comes down to luck which people midjourney will preserve.

Been having issues with MJ recognising my models so i changed my model to a black model and MJ still outputting white subjects nothing related to the images im giving it
try to use styles, i have latest video about how to match portrait in MJ with using reference photo and reference style
Even at --iw 2 the face is totally different. using MJ 5.2
It is little tricky, I am working solution with more stable result
I think it would be better if the latest picture and face swap application were applied together. (sorry for my english )

Im a photographer and I shot Model portfólios for a local model agency. I shoot a teenage girl with a cute facial features, but foremost, she hás a stunning Brownish skin color, she is gorgeous.
But I would like do create an adult version based on her, kinda 21-27 years. Im also a painter and I would like to use this image as a reference...
But, using her image as a source --iw - even If I ask in the prompt to create a 21 years old, It still looking like a kid tho.
Any ideias?

If person under age you need acquire proper release form, from model and guardians. I am using EZ Realize, it is accepted by most stock. If you want train AI model, you need permissions from the model and guardians as well. my recommendation.
Sorry, but this video is not very useful in practice - OP choosed photo of person which is very similar to one of the models used to teach neural network (very typical east european beauty). So in his case he gets similar generations very easily, which is very not the case usually. He simply avoided one of biggest problems.

could you please compress your information? you have alot redundant information in your videos. try to be more precise and goal oriented. all the information you give this 25 min. video, you can compress to 10 minutes.
Be thankful you're getting the information, go use a chatgpt plugin and transcribe the video. Better still go make your own video and compress the info yourself, nope, didn't think so. You get information for free and still moan, some people.
