She looks so pretty on rocks! Also: I saw your video about winter trails in West Branch, MI. I'm in WB right now and would love to know of some jeep trails/a Jeep club that knows them. If you could give me some wisdom that'd be awesome. Anyway, great video, love your content! Keep it up!
Off the top of my head you could contact Wicked Jeeps or Mud Chuggers on Facebook and ask them for recommendations. You can also pull up the app Gaia and see what tracks people have recorded in the area. There is a good maze of trails over there. enough to entertain you all day.
I guess I am just super conservative because I would have just used the winch and got up quick. No reason to risk damage on the jeep. Great job on your first couple of attempts.
Since I have a clutch on the supercharger, I drive it turned off most of the time and only have it turn on when I need it, so my mpg is about the same overall.
I'm running a turbo with the same concept. I didn't really need it at low speeds. But I have pretty good power on tap when I need it. I averaged 19.38 mpg on a 300 mile interstate trip. I'm in Oregon so there's mountain passes and stuff. No problem. The 2.5 handles 5lbs of boost just fine. No problems maintaining speed anymore.
Bro, I take my doors and hardtop off before I go wheeling. You don't want to get in a situation and screw em up. To replace them will cost more than your Jeep is worth. Just get a bikini top and a bigger coat.
I prefer wheeling without top and doors as well this trip was weird though. I went out to work at the expo and didn't have much time to remove top and doors. I just got a call saying, "we are hitting the trail and leaving now!" So I went. I went out that year thinking the hardest trail I would be on was Fins n things but my group had other ideas so they got to winch me up a few obstacles lol
He knows how and has taken many Jeeps without lockers up the trail but I don't think we anticipated how poor my breakover angle really was. Every line ended with me on the skid plate. We could have kept trying but we wanted keep the group moving as the sun was going down fast.
We need an update on that supercharger setup Liam! A few of us with the 4 angry squirrels are looking to do the same.
It's been great, tested it in cold, hot, wet, dry. Still running like a champ. Follow the instructional videos, and you to can hit the speed limit. :p
I have a stock TJ on 31’s. Amazing how capable a TJ/YJ on 31’s is. Also amazing how much an open diff sucks!
This is the truth!
Get a lunchbox locker for the front. Best first mod hands down.
Wow! Putting the YJ to the test. Go Liam!
cool jeep. I like to see people wheel in rigs that aren't overbuilt. It's a better test of skill.
Or under built in this case. I spent way more time making it ride better on the highway for my 24hr drive than on the rocks lol
Best yj video ever!

@@JeepSheepTV I'll check them all out, thank you!!
The wording of the title lol
Hmmmmmmm, yep!

Awesome Jeep I got a 4 cyl TJ and i am considering this. Had a question... hows the gas mileage with the supercharger installed?

Come to Jerome Michigan Bundy hill off road Park
what suspension and lift are you running?
1.5" Lift. I don't remember who makes the suspension but it was cheap
I nevervsaw a jeep with chrome silver door handles like that.
@@christophervichiola7044 they are CJ7 doors

This spotter has zero idea how to make a rig without lockers work best

@@JeepSheepTV hell my yj on 5.5" of lift and 35's bellied out on devils crack I had to back up and give her the Ole moab bump to get up.
almost impossible to spot a rig without lockers, never goes where they ask it too
