You are mentioning about dogs on the streets, probably you were in small cities or towns. Not in every neighborhood you see dogs. I don't know in what neighborhood you were.

I went to HS in Ecuador and then moved to the US, after a couple years of college in the US decided to go back to Ecuador for free college. I never understood what you guys do there exactly.

At home in Guayaquil we eat potatoes, quinoa, amaranth, bread, noodles and rice!
