I got this tiny egg cooker from Amazon that makes perfect hard or soft boiled eggs every single time. It cooks the egg with steam after you poke a little hole at the top and add measured water. Cup and "poker" included. You don't have to watch it because it screams at you when it's done.
Never would have thought to put sesame oil or tamari in egg salad but this is soo good. I’ve made it 4 times now. Such an awesome spin on a classic! Thanks Bobby and Desi!! ❤️

Not your mommas traditional egg salad, this is oh so yummy!! My neighbors all have chickens so we are gifted dozens of eggs per week. I had company and needed to make room in my fridge from all the egg cartons! This was a big hit so happy that I tripled the recipe! It was sooooo good for our lunch! I have a hunch this egg salad recipe is up again. Now because you are preparing for your trip! Have a safe one. I'm also thinking it's the baby's first plane ride? Are you coming to my neck of the Woods Hoping I make it down to Miami from almost Boca Area. I haven't set foot on south beach in about. 40 years! My grandparents used to stay down there in the winter. They stayed in dinkie old hotels that now have become boutique hotels or torn down. Before it was all renovated.
