For those wanting to know major differences between 2 and 3 that weren't stated, here you go: Body bags no longer exist, you just pick up bodies and move them Being caught by cameras or guards doesn't immediately activate the alarm, they either move you out of the area, cuff you, or go into the control phase Concealment and Threat levels no longer exist, meaning you can take a rocket launcher into a bank with no problem Cloakers don't eviscerate health, they take it down each smack, and they can destroy equipment like ammo and medpacks Bulldozers are beasts Higher difficulties no longer buff enemy health, it just boosts the amount of cops there Flashbangs no longer give you tinnitus and cataracts You can sprint with heavier loot And probably much more that I have forgotten, so I'll add when I remember that
I actually really like the flashbang effect where you put your hand in front of your face, it's really cinematic, honestly I have no complaints with the game other than the graphics (not saying that it's bad, it's okay, I was expecting for more but eh)
That explains why enemies are so tanky even on norma. I had one guy survive a point black shotgun blast, to the face. I wish they were a little more aggressive with the damage multipliers for headshots. That would encourage players to have more precision to save ammo
On the topic of gun movement speed that you mentioned, that's actually a stat effected by weapon mods! A lot of mods will make weapons faster to ADS or faster to pull up after sprinting!
This does not make me any happier. This makes me extremely mad, because I cannot afford a Series X. Make your fucking consoles cheaper, and stop stealing our money, Xbox.
