@@BattleBrotherCasten Thanks! It is true, adding white might be better because the brighter color can stand out more, I just felt that highlighting the black strokes again is just tiring and could take less time if I just use black, then add the colors on the necessary areas. But both ways are all good :D Thank you for the feedback!
@@omniming I only just started painting, so this might be a dumb suggestion - but what about white primer and then a black wash before starting painting?
Thanks! I was a bit scared to do this tutorial as I was afraid it can be boring, but now I am happy to see people enjoy the video and the tutorial, so that means a lot to me ^_^
it was worth a shot after getting inspired with some models being painted in that style, and I was thinking to try it out and see how to paint it in the best way possible. Big Thanks!!!!!!!!!!

He looks great! I've been avoiding black as a primer recently... but you've convinced me to give it another shot. 🙂
It does save me a lot of time and I don't have to squeeze my paintbrush inside the hard to reach places, 😁
Thanks! Its nice to see you here! 🤩🤩🤩
I do think white makes the colors look better and is worth it in the long run in my opinion-great video! this style really fits the Orks.@@omniming

Beautiful man. Definitely adding this style to my repertoire.

I am really liking the comic-book look. It's something entirely different than what you see on many tables.
Thank you! It was actually me thinking of doing that for Army on Parade
I'll have to give it a try in one of my marines, thanks for the guide.
ooo Marines, those are gonna looks cool! :D
This was so enjoyable and informative. Thank you for sharing this technique
Big Welcome! Look forward for more soon!
It's impressive how similar our methods are for cell shading, even though we developed them indepently from eachother
hehehe, we tend to do a method that we are comfortable with. 😁 Thanks!
This is a great technique and a very enjoyable video.
Thanks so much!!!!! 😁
