In conclusion, I predict that the market will keep improving as long as interest rates stay low. This is a fantastic opportunity for both sellers and buyers to take action and make the most of the current conditions. For anyone looking to make a move in Cape Coral, I'm here to offer my services. 7.5 months supply, high inventory. Interest high and will stay that way. Layoffs happening and Job Market is Poor. Summer coming and snowbirds are going broke up north. Prices are gonna fall by 30 to 40% or more. Sellers that need to sell have cut their prices now or suffer latter on in the Year. Times will be tough for the next five years so Buyers will have a great opportunity to buy. Especially Cash Buyers. Federal debt is to high, Feds are spending money they don’t have so inflation is still high. Credit card debt is crazy high. So prepare for great opportunity in buyer at low 2014 prices. It’s coming. Blessing to all

Agreed, I see a big correction coming. Look at what many of these sellers paid in 2018 for these homes. Many have tried doubling the prices since then... just insane. But hey, what goes up, must come down.

For older homes, they're getting a hit! newer homes are still affordable. I just got a quote for 1200 and the most expensive was 1299 for 4 homes newer than 2018 that I have under contract, One home that was built in 2001 with the original roof was quoted 4800
