- Hello and welcome to Train Simulator Classic!
Today we're back on the fantastic "Southeastern Network" route by Niklas! We're going to be operating a Southeastern service from London Charing Cross through to Hayes on a semi fast stopping pattern. The route is an absolutely beautiful drive, and he's really done a good job bringing it to life.
Coupled with that our traction today is the Class 707, which as you'll no doubt have gathered from my past few videos, is one of my favourite modern multiple units to drive. Really smooth, as well as absolutely rapid, we're going to be blasting through suburban London. Hold on tight folks!

Catford and Catford Bridge were originally built by rival companies back in the 1800s, so that is why they have never been connected.

Hello joe, southeast local here to say that southeastern removed first class on all of their trains. It is strange seeing them without. Especially 465/9 units. So if you are able to get freeware reskins of 465/9s without first class and 375s without first class. I understand it not In this vid but great vid!
Great video joe I like the 707s they look so good . That yellow looks horrible I much prefer thameslink livery it would be so good to have 195 and TPE MK5A traction I like the 195 gearbox sounds lovely
I agree with you Imran, but I can't honestly say that I'm a fan of 195's haha :D
The blue colour scheme is pretty distinguished compared to a few operators. Very recognisable.
would love to see a fast service down to Ashford int'l either via Tonbrdige or Maidstone East

I would love for dovetail to make southeastern Metro route that includes:
Charing Cross, Cannon Street, North Kent line, Dartford Loop Line and Mid Kent Line with class 707, 465, 466 and 376 for TSW 3!!?...........
Lower Sydenham was my home commute station for 20 years but ever since the recent update to train sim classic I haven't been able to play this scenario. 32 bit crashes and 64 bit doesn't load the cab in properly. T4ied a fresh reinstall of everything but it still doesnt work 😢 Hoping there is a fix coming soon.
Could you do the chatham main line next pls?
I personally like how they left the front. It looks smarter and actually I see the 700s as boring
Joe, this might be a horrible question to ask, what is the different between the 700 & 707?
