Excellent content. Thanks Flavia. I was offered an opportunity that was paying me less but I took it because I needed to learn and get something on my resume and now when I apply for jobs , the employer says" woowww you worked with this company ". And of recent I got another opportunity that was paying less too but the value I was supposed to give was way beyond what I'd get. Thank You for this because it has made my understanding broad and ill apply this for every opportunity i get

Talk about validation. I recently took such an offer. The value in the role and the potential for career growth overwhelmed the small salary offer. I said yes and I am looking ahead with hope.
