What was the problem? I think it's the same noise that my Renault Clio 1.4 16v is doing. I've already replaced the water pump and the noise still there. Maybe some pulley or alternator bearing to be fixed?
I have no idea :( Someone crashed this car before I found out.
@@Sebastianowy solve the problem, it was a pulley guide that needed to be replaced, the pulley is above the alternator

It's the hydraulic tappets dealing with the low oil pressure in idle. Put thicker oil in or live with it.
