I just seen the movie today, & it was a magnificent movie. Real heart breaking history. I was the only one, along with a couple watching it. I truly recommend it. Sad that people prefer to watch stupid comic hero movies, when this movie reflects the story of a real hero, who saved many children.😢 Teachers need to take students to watch it.

I watched the film last night and I found it so heartwarming and overwhelming as I didn’t know this story. There is so much on TV and in films about others misery and this is terrific tonic to that
I remember standing in the great entrance hall. Shoes, hair,urensils and more behind glass. My thought was Dear God. It really happened I . still get the chills when i think of that moment. Let us remember mans inhumanity to man. Pray we never forget,visited again 2years ago. Still praying and standing there with an unforgettable coldness tears running down my cheeks lest we forget. I was born thr january the Russians liberated Poland an hour away. No one ever spoke of the atrocities of auschwitz. really knew

You would think that a Jewish woman who was almost killed in the Holocaust and almost lost her mother and father, too, would understand why the creation of Israel and the expelling of Arabs in Palestine over the years and the exploitation of them by Jews is a very bad idea. She should read "The Incredible Atuk" by Mordecai Richler, if she wants a deeper understanding of the issue. I was watching this woman and thinking that she reminds me of someone. Then, it came to me who she reminds me of. My Grandmother who was an American of Norwegian Lutheran born in 1894 and who lived in Canada most of her adult life and who died in 1984. The hairstyle. The jewellery. The clothing. But especially her face. Let's face it. We are all human. Surely all humans can see that what has been going on in the former protectorate of Palestine since the foundation of Israel is wrong. Settler colonialism at its finest.
