@@chakitskrulsawat2.02 …what you don’t know is that I actually house-shopped the very first home models in Summerlin, back in 1989.😳 I was in my 20’s back then, making a decent enough buck to afford a getaway home, and baby Summerlin had a two-way road, dusty and primitive, connecting it to the highway to Vegas. The Town was in it’s pre-infancy stages. Very far off the beaten path and in the middle of nowhere. I ended up buying a 5,800 sf home on a lake in Wisconsin, instead. It was 75 miles away from my primary residence and I chose it over Vegas just because I knew I would utilize it almost every weekend, as my getaway. I have since sold it and made a hefty profit, as well, not to mention have amazing memories built on family and friends that spent time there, so I have no regrets. But there is a part of me that wishes I invested in something in Summerlin…even just land, because I would be sitting on gold right now. Ahh…yes, hindsight is worth a few million bucks! Lol

I really like what the listing agent said about having a luxury home at any price point. That is so true. You can have a luxury home at 200k, 400k, 500k etc... It's all about quality furnishings, well proportioned pieces and quality finishes.

The lack of privacy in the backyard is pretty weird but other than that it's a very nice home, I would see if I could get a wall or thick trees put back there.
The house is nice! Liked the pool, backyard had no privacy, house is big i just didn't like the flow of it, also didn't care for the chandeliers or the flooring, and I like undermount sinks! If I was gonna pay that much for a house i would rather get it exactly like I want and this wouldn't be it!
