77 had the prettiest faux wood grain out of all trucks
I bet that was a beauty! Thanks for your comment my friend!

Dad special ordered 77 Suburban fully loaded with cargo doors on the back the dealership couldn't believe he wanted cargo doors , when it hit the dealership, they has over 50 customers that wanted the same, Suburban was red and white, with red cloth
That's awesome! I like the Cargo Doors too! Thanks buddy!
Good morning Primerds
Good morning my friend! Praying that you will have a blessed day today buddy!
Another nice find for Tim. 👍 Sure am glad to know you don’t eat $18.00 worth of prunes in a single day. 😂 Thanks for the laugh.
That is a great truck! And I am happy that I don't eat $18.00 worth of prunes a day too! Lol. Glad you enjoyed the good laugh at my expense! Lol.
I’d drive it like it is. It has a cool patina
It sure does! Thanks buddy for your comment!
Nice truck I hope the storm’s wasn’t bad down your way
It was rough, but the Lord protected us! Thanks for checking on us my friend! God bless you!
@@primeredisbest I have a black oem hood that’s in good shape I don’t need if your interested I’m in east tn as well
@damonlawson2117. Thank you buddy! I will tell Tim Dixon and see if he needs it. I will let you know buddy! You're a good guy! Thank you!
Hello my friend! I talked to Tim Dixon at GAS AXE CHOP SHOP about your Hood! He is very interested in it! Would you please call Tim Dixon? His phone number is: 423 507 2693. Thank you so much! You're the best!
I would get rid of the tube grille and put in the correct one. Get it running, fix the rust, put tint and then put exhaust on it.
Yes, that would be a great look on that truck! Have a blessed day today my friend!
77 was the first year for door interior inserts with that design. They were produced up through 80.
& 77 was also the year Elvis Presley passed away. He was only 42 years old. Gone too soon.
RIP The King
That's right!
I got a 85 gmc serria 1500 and i been working on it for 2 years and i think that that truck is in great shape compared to mine when i first started working on it
Lol. Some of one's I've had are in much worse shape too! Lol. Thanks for your comment my friend and God bless you!
Hey that's a good story. 😊👍 Prune Man is Best.
Yes, that is a good story! Lol. Thanks buddy for your comment!
I'm taken aback and how straight all the body panels are. You'd expect dents and all kinds of bowing and warping by now on an old square body truck. I can see why Jimmy is so excited in this video. This truck wasn't used for work, Jimmy. It's as if somebody had this for retirement. Funny grocery store story. You can of course, have psyllium husk powder with water instead.
Yes, it's a truck with Good Bones for sure! You're probably right about it being a Retirement Truck too! I just eat the prunes to stay healthy. I also eat oranges, apples, and drink lemon water all the time. Thanks buddy for your comment!
Change oil, filter and lube get in and go to store for a load of prunes!!😆
Lol. You're so funny! Thanks buddy!
Another square body awesome. Also I saw another one on one of GM Tim 38's recent videos that looked just like that 77 there except it was a short box & I think it was a 78.
That's right! Tim has 2 of them. I will have a video of it soon! Thanks buddy!
@primeredisbest it'd be cool if Tim had some cabover semis too. I'm not sure if he works on semis too or not. I know on those cabover semis, the whole cab tilts forward for access to the motor.
@@primeredisbest that 77 Cheyenne long box pickup is good lookin.
Looks pretty original except the 80s rally wheels, white steelies with chevy center caps is time period correct for the '77. 👍🇺🇲🙂
Uhhh look out for them prunes they tend to cause a laxative effect. 😳
Thanks!
Yes, that's true! Lol.
Sometimes the years were printed on rear light lens, my big thing is checking frame , far as fenders doors etc can buy new but good to get GM parts instead of Tiwanian parts
Good idea! Thanks buddy!
I have a79 custom deluxe 5.0 2 bbl Not a of the trucks back then
had factory air and . that one also has a sliding rear window not sure if it’s original or not. What did he pay for it? Mine has the 6 foot bed with factory AC lots of parts available from LMC truck. To restore it this one has very nice lines like the gold trim!
Tim has a very unique truck! You do too! I have no idea what Tim paid for the truck. But it's a cool truck! Thanks buddy for your comment!
Jimmy’s in ❤️Those prunes will make you a regular guy Jimmy 🚽😎Dave H
🤣 That's really funny! I got put "Under the Bus" in that situation and I can't seem to get out from under it! Lol. I appreciate your comment my friend!
Jimmy you’re going to have to put a muzzle on Mrs. PIB the next time you go to the grocery store
😎Dave H
Nice potential, tube grille would be the first thing to go but that’s just me,never liked those.
Think the same way buddy! Thanks!
I wonder how much he payed for it. Prices are crazy high!
I have no idea how much Tim paid for the truck. Thanks
