Newer + higher SKU processor - expected outcome. Absolutely fantastic 1% lows and solid performance from the Ultra 5 245K here, but it's not meant to compete with the i5-14400F, rather the i5-14600K (which is much more performant than the i5-14400F for obvious reasons). I feel like the Ultra series of processors that just released are going to be more cherished later on, similarly to how we felt about so many different series of GPUs from both AMD and NVIDIA (and also more recently, Intel, which would be a much greater example of my scenario, with Arc having improved so much since it's initial release).

I must warn you, the 245k was slightly overclocked by 200mhz, it didn't really affect the performance, but keep that in mind

Why is the 14400 only reaching 4090 MHz on pcore? Per Intel specs it can boost to 4700?
4.7ghz is the maximum possible frequency for one core, in games and demanding applications, the frequency for all cores is almost always 4.1ghz
4.7 GHz is only on a single core at a time, for all core it caps at 4.1
