Trip to town for cattle feed and four wheeler fix, RAN THE TRUCK Out of FUEL ⛽️ roxi_hughes add on Instagram ramzihughes add on Instagram / anchorbrandranch
The trailer has an airleak somewhere causing it to loose all the air in the tanks. Gonna be a pain to trace all the lines trying to find it. Get ya a spray bottle when you decide to try and find it.fill the bottle with water and about a teaspoon of dish soap.hope it works out for ya. Love yer channel, reminds me of when I was young and day working outside of Fallon.
Oh my! Running on fumes! I've had a similar experience (but without the coasting; no hills in sight) with a Powerstroke running on fumes. However, we were pulling an empty 30 foot trailer in 112 degree heat. Seemed to go for miles, and, we managed to pull into a fuel station before it ran completely out. We have a standing order to switch tanks when the current tank reaches the 1/4 remaining mark & fill up when we can as close to 1/4 on the second tank. The driver at the time (who shall remain nameless) decided not to stop at the 1/4 mark on both tanks when he had several opportunities. We, too, are far from a fuel station! Glad you made it! Ridge helping with the tire is great!
You're living the American dream brother! My dad and I just picked up 103 acres in SE Arizona that we are homesteading, making an orchard, livestock etc. Already got our own self-serviceable solar well put in, solar power, septic. All is progressing nicely. I enjoy the vids, and look forward to seeing more and seeing your channel grow. P.S You have an absolutely beautiful family and are so blessed, oh boy you found yourself a heck of a woman. Keep being you

big air valve with about 6 airlines coming off it .usually it is about half way down the trailer, needs replacing,or you have a leak.lot of times the leak on a trailer is under the straps that hold the air tanks to the trailer.
If you take your emergency relay valve out it has a screen in it they get plugged up from the service lines not being capped when the trailer is unhooked .
Your trailer air tanks have a leak and are completely drained of air and they don't start to air up until you push the valve to release your trailer brakes. So get you a spray bottle with dish soap and water and spray your airlines and tank on the trailer until you see bubbles then repair leak and smile once again when you push that little red button on your dash. Now as far as the little digital thingy on your ford goes . It is known as a lieometer and you should never trust this SOB ! Remember 1/4 tank is empty if your in town and if your out in the middle of nowhere 1/2 tank is a point of concern if you don't have 2 tanks. I know these things because on hywy 40 or 58 it's a long way from somewhere to nowhere and I have been stuck in the middle nowhere before. LOL P.S. came over from Heavy D's to check you guys out and save the ranch. Remember hat pulled down tight and toes pointed out and hold on tight.
Cool channel man, I found you from the burried Dozer video. You, the Diesel brothers, and Matt's off road recovery should all do a big collaboration sometime.
Definitely driven my share of trucks with the window crank sitting on the dash!! Thank goodness for air powered passenger windows tho. Glad yall made your fuel stop. Oh and the cute little copper at the end can give me a ticket any day!
You might try to Turn the air governor up on the compressor to 125 psi , or the air leveling valve on the trailer needs adjusted or replaced the governor controls when the air compressor will pump air into the air storage tanks. When air tank pressure rises to the "cut-out" level (around 125 pounds per-square-inch or "psi"), the governor stops the compressor from pumping air. The compressor itself could also be weak or you have an obstruction in the supply line to the trailer, sometimes people like to stick rocks in them to mess with others ....
Hello Folks!! Heavy "D" sent me! He told all of us that you all are quality folks that we all know is in short supply these days. Dave also ask us to get over here to your channel and smack the heck out or your SUBSCRIBE button and the bell too. That is why I am now one of your own who has joined your pack.
I mean you guys don’t seem to have the best routine maintenance program on vehicles although one could argue that because a lot of that stuff on your ranch is 30 + years old and still working 😉
Impressive to make it from Panaca summit to the fuel station on E! I was thinking you’d make just into town and run out right there on main. Glad I found this channel!
I’d guess at least 15-20? Farther than what your truck was telling you you had left in her! We do that drive from Kanarraville to California a few times a year. Love the ET highway and the beauty of the desert out by your new ranch.
I found the guy to ask about the cattle trucking problem its Allen trucking, I think his name is Jaxon. He's on HeavyD Sparks, Cerro Gordon RUclips video. Xxx
air brake valve possible broken spring or debris. now as to the Ford, the electronics are crap, meter never tells the truth, everything they sell is a turbo 6 until you get a diesel and then you need a service tech to live with you, they don't tell you that in the purchase agreement
I ran my card two times and it cut off at $85 each time. That was 42 gallons I think it could have taken about 3 more gallons but I did not run my card a third time
@@anchorbrandranch Our Explorer holds 24 gallons so when the low fuel comes on (something I don't like to do because the in tank pump uses gas for cooling) we have about 2.5 gallons left. Don't ask me how I know?
Anchor Brand Ranch how can i get ahold of you i have a question about your 944 traxcavator ? Im a new subscriber love the channel. keeping up the hard work God bless

That 4 wheeler, it'll buff out!!!
Brake air chamber and air tank. The ammonia helps rust holes in air tanks and ammonia helps make rod and rust air chamber up.
Those Honda's are notorious for the splines wearing out on the hubs. A little sand/dust gets in there and just wears them out over time.
This is our second time with this wheeler
your kids will never starve. good workers . they will be responsible
Have traveled thru Nevada twice in uhauls. Started to look for gas stations when I reached half tank.
more than once I have been at the top of the hill coasting hoping I don't run out of gas

Well, your compressor is not putting out enough, or you have a leak in the air hose somewhere. go under there and see if you can hear the leak.
Came here from heavy d and that buried dozer rock on man love the channel keep on keeping on
Thank you 🙏
Greetings from Coos Bay Oregon! Y’all are tougher than a boiled boot.
Brock has a friend who transports cattle, he must know. Xxx
Look for a check valve between air brakes and main air tank, it should build enough air to release brake and then finish filling rest of system.
Diesel bros brought me here love the channel ❤
Haha the cows in the yard looked like they were wanting to go for a ride!
Heavy D and the Sparks homies sent me here. Just Subscribed👍🏽🍻🇺🇸

You guys must've been praying hard down the hill to the gas station! Nothing like that feeling of relief when you roll into the gas station!

Yes, not from here but moved in about 4 years ago.
Thought that might have been a piss jug. LMFAO 😂 i
Sparks sent me here. Could be water condensate in the air tank or an air leak
Its not leaking but it could have water in the tank I’m going to check

😂 no kidding!
Look at the tanks for the air brakes. Might be full of water. Need to drain.
Yep!!!!
Didn’t know that.
Thanks 🙏
Also there are usually air tanks on the trailer that don’t air up till you press on the trailer brake release.

It's a honda right?
Way to funny!
When towing, 1/2 what it says for miles to empty.
The question is; how much fuel were you able to put in the tank? That will tell you what empty really means.
