@@BlackBearOverland Kyle good design, have you ever thought about making the unit the full width including wheels putting the mudguards in pockets allowing the extra width to be used for storage
I do know of some builds like that, although it's a complicated way to get extra space. If you need extra storage we recommend adding a roof top storage container to either your towing vehicle or the camper itself. We also have cargo hooks under the mattress so you can use the cabin for storage when you are towing the camper. Lots of people transport their portable solar panels that way.
You do not need to hold it open. For this one we still need to make and install the little leather toggle that holds the stargazer up. It has a button snap. Good eye though.

This is a beautiful, well engineered and built offroad trailer. I need this in my life!
Would hate to hold that widow shade open too look at the stars..looked like you was holding open to me in video...
