As far as I'm concerned, there's also just a slight touch of Ultravox in it. All of them great bands/singers and this is one of the best songs I've ever heard.
I think that if you like the band, you will stick with them even when they change their style - or, rather adjust it. I gotta be honest. First time I heard the song - I wasn't sure I like it.. 3 weeks later, I can say I heard it over 200 times. It's my morning alarm, I am listening to it 15 times a day in the car and even at work. I love it! :) I am really looking forward to Aelita. Again, something new, something fresh.. Just look at Gustaf's hair... all new too :) that's Mando Diao, I love them for this..
