Protein items edutha cravings illa nalla energetic a irukku but protein items eduthale intha problem start ahuthu mam innum solla pona 4 months pregnancy alavukku stomach ahuthu, so many times I tried and fed up also.
Paruppu la perungayam, garlic or ginger ithelamum use panniten mam apaum bloating irukku.
Please give me some solutions mam.

@@TALKWITHSWATHItake a proper proteins ... There is 2 types.of protein we have . Proteins with carbs, 2. Proteins with good fats... Always adjust your carbs should be below 50 GM's... And avoid Soya chu ma and sundal varieties.. Sundal varieties have equivalent.amount or carbs ... Add some good fats with proteins

I have seen her directly. In direct she glows also she doesn't look obese. Also she has a fractured leg now ,so she in treatment. So don't judge.
