      ​@@prathibhabharathy2232people need nutritionist or common person or doctors need to be a slim.... Capability to give advice .. but there is a lot of difference between being a. Obesity or being a healthy... She is absolutely healthy .. it shows her skin... But people expectations is random...

      I have seen her directly. In direct she glows also she doesn't look obese. Also she has a fractured leg now ,so she in treatment. So don't judge.

    Hello mam morning
    Enakku entha vithamana protein items eduthalae stomach bloating, weight increase on thighs and back side also.
    Protein items edutha cravings illa nalla energetic a irukku but protein items eduthale intha problem start ahuthu mam innum solla pona 4 months pregnancy alavukku stomach ahuthu, so many times I tried and fed up also.
    Paruppu la perungayam, garlic or ginger ithelamum use panniten mam apaum bloating irukku.
    Please give me some solutions mam.

      @@GokulHardy7 1.protein take moong dal poridge 50gm boiled moong dal + 200 ml milk with 1 teaspoon sugar.
      2.green moong dal sundal
      3.peanuts
      4.soya chunks
      Ithellam overnallaikku oru protein
      Edupen.
      Epdi eduthalum bloating stomach weight increasing thighs and back portion..

      ​@@TALKWITHSWATHItake a proper proteins ... There is 2 types.of protein we have . Proteins with carbs, 2. Proteins with good fats... Always adjust your carbs should be below 50 GM's... And avoid Soya chu ma and sundal varieties.. Sundal varieties have equivalent.amount or carbs ... Add some good fats with proteins

      I don't have ideas about protein with fat items.

      That nly bloats u.
      Try intermittent fasting.
      V effective
